Me and my mother went yesterday here as seen from these pictures I took. The waitress Mandy was Superb. She asked us if we needed anything and served us nice and quick. She even joked around a bit. A nice positive experience. The food was pretty good. Not the best but pretty good for a family outing.

I called to discuss an issue with my food order/ preparation from this Friendly’s, delivered by DoorDash. The meat was burnt and everything was thrown together in a box like garbage.. I called the store and was told by the head manager/owner that it would be best Not to order from Friendly’s anymore. He stated he’s not responsible for DoorDash deliveries. WOW!! That’s alarming but a great Excuse to divert responsibility and blame after a customer has paid for 3 horrible meals.. It makes me question Friendly’s safety and hygiene procedures during this pandemic.. I won’t be eating here again

The girl asked if we needed a silverware or menus. "No thank you" I replied. Then she disappeared to go get us menus and silverware. We ordered a very specific "one blue raz with no ice and one Surely Temple with no ice to share. No straws were needed. (This was because because I had dental work done and could not use a straw or ice). The girl asked if we wanted them in different size cups? I told her normal size would suffice. She brought back to drinks full of ice both with straws. I was embarrassed to say anything. I then requested "one empty glass" with the intentions of pouring some beverage into a glass with no ice myself. The girl brings me one glass full of ice. Feeling defeated; we took a neat looking colorful photo of our "two beverages with no ice". Walked up front, she charged us $7.00 for the experience. Stopped at Wawa on the way home and got chocolate milk.

Always good, quick, and enjoyable. I’m here once a month. I get the turkey dinner often.

Skimpy as heck for an almost $15 meal!!! Never again!!! Will spread the word too!!! They look big in the picture believe me!!! French fries were a soggy mess!!! Wish i could get a refund but yea ok!!!

Friendly's can typically be a quality grab bag. One day the food will be exactly what you would hope, the next, maybe the next several visits will not be. Amazingly, the same is not our experience with this Friendly's. We have ordered takeout from this location maybe 20 times over the past few months and we have yet to be disappointed. The only detriment we have had is that the kitchen does not always follow the order, and substitutions can be made without notification. Now, the latter can be explained by them not having sufficient staff. Most places share that problem right now. So, it isn't something I would condemn them for. Also, I can say that the substitutions are mindful of a vegetarian diet, which is wonderful. Still, I do feel it is something patrons should be aware of. Those visiting the restaurant should also keep in mind that they are running on a bare minimum staff. Several times I have come by to pick up food and find a waiting list for patrons wanting a table. Thankfully, everyone seems to be pretty respectful of the situation. So, just keep it in mind, especially if you go on a Friday or Saturday night.

I go for lunch here at least once a week...love the Chicken, bacon, ranch salad! Waitstaff are all friendly, helpful. We frequently go for weekend breakfasts, all is good. Sometimes the coffee isn't hot enough for our taste, but staff resolves the issue.

The hostess and a man who I’m not sure if he was a manager or a bus boy or something in between were extremely rude to us and had bad attitudes from the second we arrived. No matter what we said or asked for it was a problem and they made sure it was known. At one point the man ran our food out and we asked for refills on our drinks which annoyed him even more and he repeatedly told us that it wouldn’t be free. Which would be fine but refills are free at friendlys (the sweet manager later corrected this for us at the register). Our waitress and the managers were super nice and helpful, but it’s a shame that our entire experience was ruined by the other staff members.
