My daughter loves it here. The food is always good. The servers are knowledgeable and kind. And oh so patient. The young Gentleman who is the manager is also very diligent and hard working. Every time I’ve come, I’ve seen him on the floor, backing up the servers, engaging with guests. 10/10 all around
Never again will I go here, worst experience ever, from the food the waiter, and the prices and the end with the bill. 3 people simple sandwiches and 3 reg drinks, and I paid 81.00, not including the tip, which the waiter was the worst and didn't deserve it, but I still gave him a 15.00 tip. In cash. As I paid with a debt card, he thought he was being smart and charged my card another 15.00. Well, it didn't work. I caught that and went and talked to the manager, she Remebursted me the money. Never go there again.
Great service from Orlando and wonderful food and Ice Cream
I grew up with Friendly's so I have a lot of nostalgia for it, I know it's not actually great food but it's familiar and makes me happy. An aside about this location though, in experiences of being a customer myself as well as picking up delivery orders on behalf of another customer they often miss things and get things wrong, if you're getting takeout definitely be sure to go through everything before taking off and if you're a delivery driver just try to do what you can to make sure they included everything, their front of house doesn't seem to care enough to really read the ticket.
What a lovely lunch I had on 5/1/23. I hadn’t been to Friendly’s in many, many years. It was so refreshing to experience the same warm and friendly service I remember. That is very hard to do in these times and I appreciated the break from the outside world to take a moment to relax. Azari was my server. She is exceptional at what she does; she is a gem. I was having a very rough day and she definitely turned my frown upside down and I’m grateful. I had the turkey club as I always do and it did not disappoint. The manager was so nice and it appears to be a wonderful work environment. I highly recommend.
Wow 14.02 for a salad?? Too expensive. Had to wait a while to be able to get noticed at the register. When I was noticed by someone finally they had to get ' keys" then had to with for them to get the keys. Then was pushy about what I wanted to order... As I asked about the Doritos sandwich she walked away as explaining the sandwich. So it wasn't a great experience. Never offered me crispy or grilled chicken so I didn't even know there was an option. Plus they had a Cobb salad and never got offered that either. I won't come here again , for friendlys, it's not very friendly... Also the waitress went from taking money at the register directly to putting clean forks and knives in a napkin ,, what happens to washing your hands... Pushy to get me out of the restaurant. The size of this salad is sad. Too much money for little food. The tomatoes aren't even ripe. The salad had the but of the Romain in it which means it wasn't even cleaned properly. Couldn't chew it. The tortilla chips were supposed to be on it were so little. Can't even find them. Should be in a separate bag anyway bc they will be soft and soggy will never go back

Horrible ..only 1 other table occupied here. I ordered eggs bacon and sour dough toast.. the bread was not toasted or sour dough ..they brought me sausage quickly corrected with ice cold bacon ..I should have kept the sausage..no one came to check to see how things were ..I don't blame them 🤣🤣🤣
