Cluster F$&k best describes this situation. The people working were nice enough but confused. Then someone in the kitchen was floating profanities across the restaurant. The Fribbles were not very fribbley.
Went with a large group. We were able to sit together which was unexpected but appreciated. Both servers were quick and attentive. Food was hot and accurate. Ice Cream was perfect. Drinks were never empty. All in all one of the best experiences I've had at Friendly's in a long time. Well definitely go again.
Great place to dine in for a classic but simple meal. Prices are fair and affordable to most. Service was good and food was served relatively quick Tables feel a bit crowded, but overall no complaints. I recommend the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup ( or Pieces) Sundae. This has been a favorite of mine since I was a child and still is a MUST HAVE at any visit. My kids really enjoy friendlys! It's simple food, can't go wrong. However, my delivery orders are constantly missing things. I just received an order, 7/1/23, and they did not give us the 3rd drink that is supposed to come with one of the kids meals. And unfortunately it happens every single time I order from you guys. Something is always forgotten. So my advice would be to have your employees carefully look over deliveries and make sure everything is there.
Unfortunately despite having a good experience in the past, our experience this evening was anything but that. Our food was low quality, the soup clearly microwaved as the texture was horrendous, hair atop other portions of food, and the soda we ordered tasted completely off. We tried to be friendly and courteous, but were met with rude or disinterested responses, little to no eye contact, and a clear annoyance towards us as guests. The establishment itself was very out of sorts, one server mentioned it being very busy- whilst the parking lot was vacant and about 3 tables were seated. I give consideration to those in food service as someone who works in a similar field, however this left us incredibly discomforted and overall feeling scammed out of our money for food and service that was low quality.
It was an average meal for the price… Only drawback is the Cheese skirt being to crispy. The waitress was very welcoming.
Haven't been in years. Took the kids for dinner. It's definitely for kids only. I know some adults look for places that are kids friendly with expectations of having an extensive adult menu. Burgers, fries, hot dogs and ice cream
Our server did not like her job. She was not very friendly. She had one of the other servers get stuff for our table when all our server was doing was talking to other members of the staff. She was a bit rude the entire time. The soup was very obviously microwaved and there was a hair in the mozzarella sticks. We tried to be nice and say thank you to her and she had very lackluster responses. I would have liked to leave a review on the official site or something but no link was provided on the receipt. Our servers name was Tyeree. I'd like to return to this location but as of now it seems this place has gone downhill. So from now on I will be taking my business elsewhere. Please fix this
