Friendly's is a great family restaurant. The food was good and our waitress was amazing. I wouldn't rush back anytime soon, but it's a nice option for a family night out. This Friendly's is small, so it seems like you're sitting really close to other customers.

Skyler was our server! She was awesome! For a larger party we got seated quickly and taken care of in good timing. Their food is okay....we were there for the ice cream! Which is always very yummy!! And children with the kids meals get free ice cream! ;)

Friendly’s. I have secondhand embarrassment right now. I have been fighting myself four weeks to buy some food there because of my few last orders but i caved because the food I once knew was so it. First I hate that It cost me $30 for one entrée and a kids meal. But I was dying for a Super melt so I came today. Please tell me why I paid an extra three dollars to get loaded fries that 1. Wasn’t even a big portion 2. Was mixed with regular fries I didn’t want (I ordered loaded waffle fries) and to top it all off 3.! I have cuts in my mouth because you must’ve gave me the bottom of the barrel. I must have only gotten 3 legitimate waffle fries, and the rest were hard pieces of waffle fries. Not to mention my daughters broccoli wasn’t even warm enough to melt the butter on top. &&& paid $18 for an entrée and the chicken didn’t even cover the whole bread? Bacon didn’t even cover? How are you charging these prices? Last time I went there I swear I was never gonna go back because I must’ve gotten 10 french fries with my entrée but I wanted to give you all the benefit of the doubt and I ordered again and I am just so displeased with every recent time I’ve gone there. When I was younger, this was my favorite restaurant and now I am embarrassed about the food quality and the food portions and the food prices. I’ve never seen something go downhill so badly. And PS- why wasn’t my sandwich cut in half it’s not even a big deal, I cut myself, but every single time I’ve ever ordered this it was cut for me. What is it to hide the chicken? Or the lack of ? I’m so sad. & angry. Do better Friendly’s.

Friendly’s is an iconic New England family friendly and welcoming establishment. I’ve noticed over the past years that the menu has changed and the food quality has greatly improved. This location is nice. Staff are friendly and attentive and food is good. The ice cream is always the star of the show. We come here a few times per year and it never disappoints.

Had ordered ice cream for dine in. Ordered and when our waitress gave our table our ice cream, it was melting as if it were sitting for a few minutes or longer. Our sundaes looked sad lol the waitress said something about the whipped cream looking flat or whatever but I'm pretty sure she was on a smoke break because she smelled like cigarettes. She was nice enough. Service was okay. Nothing terrible or over the top. Our booth had crumbs on the table and seats so the cleanliness was not on point. It was quiet in there but all in all it was okay..I would come back if I was craving ice cream really bad...but I wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

Went out to lunch with my mom and daughter. The food was very good and so was our service. Friendlys didn't feel like friendlys, remembering the joy this place brought me as a kid may have given it more hype than I should but I wasn't as happy as I thought I'd be for the amount of money spent.

I had a sundae and it was good, however the other person with me ordered a Friend-z and it had several pieces of plastic in it. They did give him a small sundae for a replacement and took the other item off the bill. The waitress was the one to deal with the problem and the manager never came out to apologize. So unprofessional!!

Stopped for lunch. We got waited on quickly by Yolanda, who was very, well, friendly :) The food arrived just as quickly. I have always been a clam platter girl but decided to leave my comfort zone with the "legendary honey BBQ chicken supermelt," which was amazing and a new favorite. I was sad when I heard some restaurants had closed. I'm glad this place has hung in there!
