My cheeseburger 🍔 wasn't well made. Customer service was alright. We waited awhile until someone seated us. They saw us keep going. The waitress was amazing and sweet. She is awesome 😎.
As one of the last friendly's in this neighborhood It is a disappointment that they decided to close at 9:00 when their hour clearly state that they close at 10:00 p.m. on Saturdays. I hope that the staff is monitoring this and management is realizing how many people ended up walking away and not ordering at the same time that I walked to the window and attempted to order but I doubt that they care as they're the last one of the friendly's in this neighborhood.
Came in for ice cream early on a weekday. Restaurant was clean. Fastest service we’ve ever had at Friendly’s! Our server, Paul, was friendly and attentive. Reese’s pieces sundae never disappoints. Kids got build your own sundaes and worms and dirt.
I went to this location today and had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My husband and I were seated and left waiting to order our food for a good 30 minutes. The waitress seated another couple and took their order before even coming over to us to take ours. When she still didn’t come, we decided to get up and leave. When we were leaving no one bothered to ask us why we were leaving and when my husband said “you guys are too busy today” the waitress dismissively said “sorry” and walked away. We will not be returning here.
Not the worst, but not great either. They were sold out of most ice cream flavors. It was pretty warm in there, not sure if their AC broke? It was just ehh. I probably wrong take my kids back there
It was freezing inside, we kept our jackets on and we were all still cold. My order was taken and the food was delivered timely, but once brought out our waitress didn't come back for an hour, so there was no opportunity to ask for the honey mustard my son wanted for his chicken tenders. The food was mediocre, I could have dinner a better job at home heating up frozen food. The check was finally brought out 40 minutes after we finished eating, and we waited another 20 minutes for the waitress to take my card. It didn't seem overly busy and I alerted the hostess to the delay but nothing was done. Overall a poor experience.
Took my kids out for a quick bite to eat and had the pleasure of being waited on by a very nice and attentive waitress named Sadie. She was very polite and accurate, she got our order correct and was very patient with us. Kayla helped us as well and if I could have them help me every time I will definitely be back. 10/10 for the service
This place is a joke the cooks are kids who don’t wear gloves to cook . Said something to the manager she tells me they do when I sat there and was watching him before I said anything then she got mad at me because my order was wrong twice the brisket burger had one little piece of meat and the way the manager was acting was very rude two dollars more for union rings and this is what I got fry’s with three rings for $75 I’m am never going back to this place look at they’re ratings it’s horrible
