The food was great! Service was great! The atmosphere was great! I think this place is great for getting food and then ice cream. They have a joke pledge that says that you will save room for ice cream. Overall, I would say that the staff will normally help you out. Funny fact: one day we can here, the cigar disposal was smoking, one of the staff went out with water and poured it on the disposal. Kids menu has options for little kidsan bigger kids. Adult menu has options for adults and teens. Overall this is my review.
After eating at another Friendly's location, I thought I was done with this restaurant chain. This location was so much better. The service was faster, the restaurant itself was nicer to sit in and the food was good. Definitely don't come here if you're looking to eat healthy, but if you want fried food and delicious ice cream this is the place to go.
The General Manager was so pleasant and “friendly!” forgot her name but she had been with the company for 25 years. She gave us very large scoops! Definitely will be back soon.
What can you say about friendly's. Great ice cream, pretty decent food. Good service but sometimes a little slow. Our server was fantastic Hope no more close My wife loves the Reese's pieces sundae
Big dufey guy served us today. He does not clearly like being employed. Argues with customers. Because he did not want to work. Kept walking away from us. The burger was ok & we may have come back, if things were different. * If it was not for the lady there we would have walked out. Note to Mgr; Employees are the foundation of a good Restaurant & Patrons remember their experiences. If you hire garbage like this (Poor Attitude) The place won’t survive like so many other places. You want your customers to be happy & satisfied. Won’t happen here with him around. Such a shame as friendly’s was once a great place.
Erin was the nicest server. She paid constant attention to our party’s needs. Dealing with all the children, she had tremendous patience!! I highly recommend the Massapequa Park location.
Thanks Wil! Our food was pipping hot and our waiter had good humor. I miss when Friendly's had twice as many flavors as Baskin Robbins. Bring back Maple Walnut!
We went on Sunday with my husband and daughter to get ice cream they sat us by the door we asked to move so her high chair wasn’t in the way. We waited 20 minutes the waiter heavy set with a brown beard and short hair went to table next to us multiple times and just ignored us so we left…. This caused a huge fight between me and my husband… worst service ever this guy should be fired
