We ate dinner here at 5:15 on a Saturday night and it was relatively busy. Our server, Jessica, did a good job despite the crowd and the restaurant being a bit understaffed. Food was great especially the honey BBQ burger. As usual, the ice cream was great.

This place really needs a makeover. The atmosphere is just not there anymore. Ordered a Reuben and my bread was a couple steps away from being burnt. I know everyone is short staffed everywhere but there were a total of 5 tables in the entire restaurant (my table of 2 being the 5th one) so it can't be blamed on the kitchen being overwhelmed. The best thing about our dining experience was how awesome our server, Jesiah, was.

Victoria, our server was excellent! She seated us, and took our order. The drinks, food, and ice cream all came out much more quickly than expected. Great job to Victoria and the kitchen! ☆☆☆☆☆☆

Food was fine but service was terrible. Took forever to get us seated when there was multiple open tables and employees standing around doing nothing. Took forever to get any of our orders taken, had other tables who got there long after us get their orders taken before us. Then our server brought everyone’s ice cream but one and it didn’t arrive till the rest of us were finished. She also didn’t bring a spoon, I had to call her over for one and when she brought it over it was practically thrown onto the table as she ran off when we had more requests. When she brought the bill, she said pay up front so I don’t need to keep running back and forth… this girl (black/red hair) should not be a server. Very rude, no eye contact or smile, never came to us to ask how it is / if we needed anything when we did. Just horrible service. I’ve been a waitress for years and I couldn’t imagine talking to a table like this. Not planning to ever come back here.

I recently got takeout from Friendly's, and my experience was really disappointing. The food was just okay, but the milkshakes were the best part. The service was really bad, with the waiters looking miserable. The place had a weird smell, which made it uncomfortable to be there. I ordered from the lunch menu and spent around $10 to $20. The good thing was that there was plenty of free parking, including spots for people with disabilities. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Friendly's based on my experience.

Hasn't changed since I was a kid it is both nostalgic and tragic though I can hardly wait to take my kids here it's that attraction-repulsion thing like a train wreck you know what is going to happen there is going to be ugliness but you can't look away! The lobster roll is back! It was only $20 it was good what can I say, and the 'Happy Ending' Sunday too though when they came up with that name, back in the day I think the innuendo was funnier than now. The menu is fine but the place was a bit pricy for the family Friendly New England place to go every weekend just over $50 for dinner for two. Everything is expensive these days so frankly it's healthier for us to stay at home and cook fresh food at home for an eighth of the price anyway.

Had the worst experience at this Friendly's, it goes to show why all Friendly's are closing. At 1:30 in the afternoon you have to wait for 15 minutes to get a table, ridiculous. The waitress was rude (Tricia) and barely expressed any customer service. The food came out cold and clearly not fresh. Overall it was a horrible experience and I will NOT be back.

I had been here several times in my past five years. The restaurant was quite satisfying me until last Saturday. And I WILL NOT GO HERE ANYMORE because of this single very unpleasant experience. I visited here on December 11th. We came there at about 7:30 p.m., and there were a plenty of empty space to seat, but we were said to wait about 3 mins for "clean-up" the table. If the restaurant was full of customers, this made sense. But only a couple of tables were used at that point. The reason why we were asked to wait for cleaning up was shown in the second photo. They do not clean the table at all. They started to clean it only after the new customers came. Isn't it normal to clean the table right after the customers left? The next stuff was the time for food to be prepared. I heard that those who sit behind us said "We've been waiting for fxxxking 45 minutes." Well.. I do not know if they really waited for 45 minutes or not, but at least their talking was credible because we also waited about 40 minutes for food. And the quality of the food? photo 3 is the supermelt steak and cheese sandwich I had in this location, and the photo 4 is the same menu that I just ordered from different friendly's location. GRILLED DOES NOT MEAN TO BURN THE BREAD. Bread was soggy because of oil or butter or whatever they used, it was burnt. Worst steak and cheese sandwich I ever had in 30 years of my life. Also the taste of drink(coke) was terrible. It was totally blend and tasteless that we visited McDonald's to enjoy best coke ever. Thank you for letting us to feel that McDonald's coke is the best. FIrst picture? it just shows that they do not properly clean the plate. I thought it was just gravy sauce on mashed potatoes, which two of my group ordered, spilled beneath the plate while being served. If it was gravy, I could understand. our plates were close enough when a waiter/waitress hold them on a tray. BUT surprisingly, it was fxxking barbaeque sauce that any of us ordered at all. Well.. I haven't known that Friendly's freely provide BBQ sauce under plate for customers. Also, we were not asked if anything was good or we need something else or any sentences from the waiter/waitress. (Actually we considered to have ice cream when we were heading here, but thanks to nobody's coming to ask, we saved our money.) I do understand that a few hours before the closing at the restaurant is exhausting time for both kitchen workers and waiters. I myself worked as a waiter while I was in college, so I am fully aware of it. However, these things that I and my students underwent was totally nonsense and very uncomfortable. They took off the cost of beverage from our bill saying for delayed service. I appreciate that. But unfortunately, late service was not the only problem on that Saturday. So the result is this. 1. we came in at 7:30 and left at 9:30. During two hours in this place, about 40 minutes were for food, one and a one third hour is waiting. 2. the food itself was trash. 3. the attitude of waiter/waitress was the worst, and the restaurant was messy. I want this review helps you if you consider visiting here.
