Horrible experience! I bought 2 frozen yogurts ($22) then sit down in one out of the 30 tables that were open and the guy tells me that I cant sit there because its for dining only! And btw Im pregnant….And with 100 seats empty he says that I cant sit anywhere. Unbelievable!

We had a very nice lunch here and all of the staff was incredibly friendly and cheerful and engaging. It was a pleasure. Our server was particularly kind and wanted to be sure we had a nice experience - his name is Akenzua (Kenzie). Kudos to everyone there.

Their service isn’t even just terrible, non existent is more like the word. The food and restaurant idea is fine, they just need to get rid of all the useless people who work there and make it seem like it’s a hassle taking an order or really doing anything. I stood there for 10 mins with no line while the employees all proceeded to do nothing. I just wanted a smoothie but i’m running on a schedule and I don’t have 20 mins to wait for one especially when there’s no line whatsoever. Ive never been in a worse run establishment staff wise.

What can I say... sad, unfortunate, disappointing, and discouraging. We spent about $100.00 on lunch. And had to stop multiple times on our drive home due to stomach distress. There really isn’t any refined way to say it... it was literally disheartening to say the least. We’ve eaten there multiple times and each time recently it has become increasingly less consistent. The pizza seemed like it was a preformed or frozen crust - one of those perforated with all these little holes - and it was crunchy. The plated three way salad with tuna fish, egg salad and chicken salad looked like they scraped the dish to get what they could and each scoop was minimal and looked old or slightly discolored. The bed of greens it was served on was sparse - like could they spare it. The burger was small, the roll dried out and hard and French fries under cooked, on the whiteish side and cold and limp. The chicken roll up or quesadilla was equally as white, bland, minimal and COLD. The juice bar was dirty and the fruits all over the ice, with yogurt dripping down the front of the machines. They seem to be cutting any corner they can and downsizing. Service is slow. It’s really sad. It used to be so good and FRESH... would not recommend it - if you go in with low expectations and have enough money to drop and don’t really care - then you’ll be satisfied. It was really REALLY bad.

They break breastfeeding laws here and treat you worse than dogs. They refused to take our order or even to say hi for 20minutes. No one was in line. Then when we tried to sit at the table they said we couldn’t. Then changed their minds and said we could only sit at one table at the front. Later they told me “This is a public place. You need to stop breastfeeding” when my infant son got hungry. Breastfeeding is allowed in all 50 states and the staff need training on how ILLEGAL it is tell a woman to stop.

Went here over the weekend and service was terrible. I know it doesn't take much for them to use the juicer they have, much less memorize 5 recipes of juices... The lady who took our order did not know what was in our juice. Then she put in celery which was not an ingredient. We order a green juice and she made it with 95% beet juice. I told her it needed more spinach, all she did was take my cup and add spinach to the juice. Not only was the lady rude, but she touched her face the whole time then touched the vegetables she juiced. THIS IS COVID AND REGARDLESS THAT IS UNSANITARY... They had a line of people and I didn't feel like trying to get a refund for my undrinkable $10+ juice (knowing that would take another 20 mins) this place is terrible, I would never go back for anything here. Do yourself a favor and drive 3 mins down the road to juice press.

I was asked not once, but five times what exactly I want to order and somehow I still didn’t get what I ordered. If the ladies spent more time working as a team, being professional, and not arguing and being petty, it would be a lot more seamless there!

I found this place very disappointing. I stopped here for a late afternoon lunch on a day when I came to the mall for holiday shopping. I had been dreading going to the mall (I rarely go), but shopping had been pretty easy and I crowded, so instead of returning home to eat, I decided to extend the upscale mall experience by having lunch at Forty Carrots. Service was not very attentive. I found it annoying that they substituted regular salsa for the mango salsa that was supposed to come with the dish without bothering to mention it. The shrimp tacos were just okay. The shrimp were the little ones that come in salads, and were served with cooked spinach and tons (too many for me) of onions in soft tortilla shells. I probably should have stuck with of their signature frozen yogurts or a salad. At $21 with tax, the lunch was pricey for something not very tasty and a dining experience that was unenjoyable.
