I'm not sure if it is really worth the price anymore. Don't get me wrong, the food is good With so many other choices, I think I will pass next time I am in the mood for a burger. With that said, everyone should experience 5 Guys once in their lifetime.
The food was disappointing. My son and I ordered a grilled cheese. They were about the size of an uncrustable and looked to be made from leftover hamburger buns with the tops shaved off. My husband said he couldn't even taste the burger or bacon on his sandwich because it was overpowered by the tomato. The drinks tasted watered down. The fries were okay, but way too salty.
Fast, consistent, food - but a little expensive for what you get. The food is good and the fries are the best. It's a lot to eat, but a great place to stop after a shopping trip in town. If you've never been, do yourself a favor and try the burgers!
The bacon on my bacon cheeseburger was so overcooked that it crumble and had no flavor at all. The burger was also overcooked. The fries were hot and tasted good. Just a little too much salt.
Payed and ordered for food. Arrived 5 min after closing. I understand they have their policies but 3 employees sat inside laughing while we asked if they could kindly hand us the bag with our food which clearly sat on the counter
Great burgers within 10 minutes. This is the only place I'll go for a good burger.
Great place for dairy allergy! Asked for no bun(they have dairy here) she asked if it was preference or allergy. I told her allergy, she called out our order number has an allergy. I heard that repeated multiple times by those preparing our food. It came in its own bag with napkins and utensils. I'm quite impressed!!
In general, wasn't nearly as good as they used to be years ago. The burger was definitely smaller. Small fries were smaller portion. This Five Guys. Food was hot. Place was clean. Service was great. Overall I doubt I'll eat at a Five Guys anymore. It's changed. I've gotten bigger, better, tastier burgers at other places for the same price or less. 3.5 for the food, but 4 because of staff and cleanliness.
