How hard is it to get an order right. Just horrible service here. Ordered on door dash which was a mistake. I asked for Cajun fries and got regular fries. If I wanted regular fries I would have we to McDonald's. The only reason I get 5 guys is because of the Cajun fries. The Way back has better burgers, but bland fries, so I wanted 5 guys, but they couldn't even get my fry order correct. And then they put the hot sauce on my burger, so my burger is delivered soggy. Most 5 guys pit the hot sauce in a container on the side, but not these incompetent employees. Hell, they couldn't even get the fries order correct. It's sad, because the food is expensive, but the quality and service is horrible here.

Outrageously expensive and food was terrible. I felt like I was robbed at the cash register and that was before I knew how bad it would be. The hot dog was inedible, not sure what kind of meat it was, but it was overcooked and the bacon was burnt to a crisp. Fries were so so, not awful but nothing special. The cheese burger was better than McDonald's and roughly equal to Wendy's. The shakes were actually good. We threw out the food, kept the shakes and ate somewhere else. The bottom line is I would not recommend this place for anything other than a milkshake.

First off the customer service was excellent. I have a gluten allergy and they took it Very seriously. I would recommend anyone to go there!!

This has got to be one of the best diners ice dealt with. One time they got an order wrong for delivery. I called and discussed it, and they told me to come to the store whenever. I arrived the very next day, and they took care of more amazingly. Give Kirk, Exodus, and Deb a hand for their work ethic and commitment to ratifying the customers. Whatever they earn, double it!!

Very good ! 2 meals was the same cost as another fast food place but 5 guys way fresher and cooked to order. Just opened so a few growing pains. UPDATE:. went back two weeks later and totally different experience, soggy fries which returned just to get a new batch of soggy fries....burgers not as good. Consistency issues, changed from four stars to two

The place just opened so they were rather busy, but they kept up ok. The lady at the front taking orders did not want to be there and was miserable, but the food was really good, but the fries could have been fried a little longer but they were so busy i assume thats why. But overall good food for a chain restaurant

The food was awesome! The fries are the best, The burgers are filling and I was suprised how good the bacon cheese hotdog was, Milkshakes are also sweet and good, For fast food quality it is one of the best, Better then McDonalds, Wendy's, Burger King, Etc.

+$20 for one order. Bacon burger, small order of fries, and a regular size soda. Worker behind the counter used gloves to handle money and make food. I don't understand why so many places I've gone to do that...just take the gloves off then. They serve zero purpose if you're doing everything under the sun with the same gloves on. My last visit at any location. Too much $$$ for a regular fast food burger.
