Tried five guys years ago in pigeon Forge, being as it was in a tourist town I should’ve known better. I have missed out on it all these years and not giving it another try. I finally broke down and came to the one in Fort Oglethorpe, and was very pleased walking in. The staff was very friendly restaurant was very clean (very cold 🥶😂) the gentleman’s name that took our order was Lane and was very respectful and nice. Food came out fast and fresh, and the peanuts are very good. This will not be an every week thing, but I will definitely be back. Manger Haven has done an amazing job with the employees here!

Went to Five Guys on Saturday April 29 around 5:00PM. Service was great and the food was great. The inside was trashed. Food on floor and tables. When you check out it gives you a chance to leave tip ! Really ! My meal for two was 28$. I don’t mind paying that and to me it is worth it for the quality of food. It is very uncomfortable eating on nasty tables and your feet resting on food and garbage. Here is you a tip ! Keep the restaurant clean

Place is always dirty! Employees dancing in parking lot. No napkins, no ketchup, all employees in the back.

I have no idea what I was getting myself into when I placed my ordered 🙃. I walked in to a time where the customer is valued. Then came the food. Now remember 6 to 7 minutes to get 1/4 mile. At 5 minutes I walk in and see what I found out to be my hamburger being placed in the bag. I let the person at who I am and that I had an order. I am told it would be a few minutes as frys went into the peanut oil. Fresh hot. 5 minutes later I Receive a very large sack. All I had was one burger and one order of fries. I could Not no way eat all these. Get the small fries If I could give you 10 stars I would. Keep it up.

I go to this place about once a year. Obviously, it's better than fast food but more expensive. There is no comparison to the In And Out Burgers' quality or prices. I don't care for peanut oil fries.

I have eaten at five guys like 4 times in my life ,and each time I felt ripped off. I eat a $4 bowling alley burger today that was hands down Better than five guys. I personally think that five guys is a place for folks to go overspend for a Dave's double. The picture is my bowling alley $4 cheeseburger that blows a five guy out the water.

Simply delicious! Fast, friendly service and great meals. We will definitely return.

Best cheese burger around. And those fries!! And the staff are always friendly too!
