Breakfast Menu "Five Guys" Odenton

I had lunch at Five Guys in Odenton Maryland this afternoon. There was no line or wait but customers were picking up orders and came behind me as though it were busy. I was met by a young lady who greeted me with a smile, the receipt says: Employee “Timothy”, but it was not Timothy who took my order. I knew what I wanted and ordered quickly and had no problems with ordering. Paid w/ debt and left a $5 cash tip. Hotdog, Fries and Coke, normal wait time, served with a smile. I dined in and the dining area was clean. Unless you specify, nothing will be cooked to order, no matter where you go. The hotdog was good, bun was soggy. The fries were not crispy but were hot and done enough to eat. I eat out a lot because I’m on the go all the time. I can go anywhere I choose. I’m not picky, but I pay for my food to be prepared as close to my liking as possible. The food was over priced and I could have paid half the price at place just a 1/4 of mile away and have been offered a meal deal and not from the McDonald’s across the street, there are many options to choose from. You cannot order a hotdog fries and coke at Five Guys as a meal, you have to pay full price for each item. So today, I paid $3.08 for a coke ($1. for ice $1 for the cup $1 for the soda? WOW), a “Little (soggy) Fry” for - FIVE DOLLARS FORTY NINE CENTS & an $8 hotdog. While my wages never went up after Covid and everything in the economy did I can still manage but I can’t for the life of me understand HOW Five Guys justifies a THREE DOLLAR and .08 soda. I will not be returning to any Five Guys anytime soon, or suggest to anyone I know to grab a meal at Five Guys unless they check the prices first. It’s not ok for ONE person to spend SEVENTEEN DOLLARS on a quick lunch. I need ONE maybe two napkins and was given SEVEN. The fries served in a bag came with TWO cups. The amount of resources and condiments wasted is another issue.

Clean location with friendly and pleasant staff. Laura G., was our sales associate, cashier, and she also assisted in preparing our food. Honestly, with the exception of a bright young lad at a North Carolina location, she was the first employee to enter my order correctly on the first attempt. I ordered a Little Hamburger All The Way with Green Peppers, Hot Sauce, Relish, A1 Sauce, BBQ Sauce, and Light Jalapeno Peppers... Try it and you will love how all of the flavors mesh! My wife ordered a Little Hamburger with Mayo, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pickles, and Grilled Mushrooms. We also ordered a small Regular Peak Green Tea. We will definitely return to this location when we are in the Odenton, Maryland area and need a quick bite!

Our food was busin. Busin I got grilled cheese bun I loved every bite of it. I think about five guys often I try to go 1x a month! Food was hot and fresh. We did wait like 15 mins but it was worth it. We didn’t have enough time to eat there.

I normally go to this five guys and have wonderful food and service. But today my fries were burnt and no bacon on the bacon cheeseburger, nor mustard. I called to ask someone if something could be done and was put on hold and then immediately hung up on. Called back and talked with someone who then passed me to the trainee and then they hung up on me. Very disappointed and upset.

Great experience being served by the nice African American lady at the cash register, very polite and enthusiastic. Brightened my day to eat here.

Clean store the only complain would be the condiments on the cheeseburger burger little bit of lettuce 3 pieces , 1 thin slice of tomatoes, 5 pieces of diced onions and no extra bacon. So for 13 $ a cheeseburger they could be a little bit more generous, the cashier was friendly and outgoing when not Waiting on Customers she was cleaning the restaurant.

Fresh burger made to order. Fries were greasy. Nice staff, friendly greeting.
