It's unfortunate that I have to share a recent experience where food safety regulations were not followed properly. It's crucial for Five Guys to adhere to the guidelines established by the Georgia Department of Public Health Food Service Program, and it's the responsibility of the restaurant leaders to ensure their staff are trained accordingly and the rules are adhered to. During my recent visit to Five Guys, I witnessed a breach of food safety regulations that posed a risk to my health. As a customer, I value my health and safety, and I expect the same level of care from the restaurant. I am extremely dissatisfied with the person on fries today. They were multi-tasking by cleaning and pulling on soiled equipment with their hands without washing them before preparing the food. To make matters worse, they put on gloves without washing their hands and began dropping fries. They continued cleaning with the same gloves they had just been wearing to handle soiled equipment. This blatant disregard for food safety guidelines is unacceptable. I refuse to risk my health by consuming food prepared in such unsanitary conditions. When I tried to cancel my order, the person in charge (whose official role was unclear) kept repeating that my refund would take up to 48 hours, because I ordered online. She then informed me that she needed to call the owner, and implied that he will not process the refund immediately. This process is unheard of in a food chain restaurant, in 2023. I found this process to be outdated. She continued to argue for delaying to address the issue. At this point I am feeling even more skeptical of her behavior. I insisted that she contact the owner while I was present. I felt like I was being scammed. What did I walk into? Never again will I put myself through such an experience. She appeared to process a call to the the owner, but I'm not entirely sure if she actually did. If I don't receive my refund, I plan to dispute the charge. The product I ordered posed a health risk to both myself and my family members, so it's concerning that the employees don't seem to prioritize customer safety. It almost seems like they're resentful of having to work there. Note to the owner; as a customer I do not want to ingest a food product that has been contaminated owing to your employees mishandling the food. The staff you have hired does not reflect in their behavior or attitude that they care about the health of the consumer and they act perturbed if a customer takes issue with the way in which food is being handled at your restaurant.

It was clean. The service was quick and friendly. The food was amazing. Loved the fries and the burgers. My 1st time at this location. I was not disappointed. Told my husband I know where we'll go to lunch soon. 😋

When it's 11:01 you just want fries and a drink. Doors are still locked while at least 3 employees are looking at you. Doors should be unlocked during business hours! Luckily a neighbor business was willing to take my money.

This place is relatively new, staff recently hired, s we expected that service and quality might be a little off... Even their famous milkshakes were not available. The staff reported that they were experiencing problems with the milkshake machines. The burgers were good, a might expensive but not over the top. Service was very good, and staff recognizing that there problems to be resolved did their best to accommodate every customer. Clean, dry, odor free bathrooms. I think that by the time they get all of their operational problems resolve it will be a great Five Guys; hopefully by my next visit. I will keep the four stars until my next visit.

We don't always get burgers here but we love their French fries. We order a large and split it four ways. It's fried in peanut oil which isn't an issue with our family but could be with anyone with peanut allergies. We like the fresh cut potatoes that they use to make the French fries.

Great service here and the food was amazing.I also got to see the little tea pit dance while i was here.Yall keep up the fabulous work.

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. Everything from the cashier to the cooks were terrible. Entered roughly an hour and a half before they closed, and was greeted with “Y’all picking up?”. We said no, and then he stared at us with his arms crossed as we ordered. After we ordered, the cashier was loudly begging to go home and clocked out even when the manager said she couldn’t. When other people came in after we ordered, the staff was visually upset. For example, slinging the baskets of fries etc. Food was great, customer service not so much.

Every time I do a delivery for this place I regret it. If I had to wait 15 minutes at every restaurant I went to that would be two hours a day of me standing around which equates to about 50 to $60 a day of lost profits. That's $300 a week $1,200 a month. Every other restaurant has the food ready when I get there. I don't see what's so difficult about this.
