This was a very relaxing experience! We drove here on Easter Sunday. I made last minute reservations because I knew the walk in wait would likely be horrendous. We really enjoyed the food. Our server was amazing. The food arrived hot and cooked to perfection. I ordered the grilled salmon and my son had the grilled red snapper. I highly recommend you take some time out and visit!!! Ohhhhh, don't forget to order the Creme brulee cheesecake- one slice can feed 2-4 people!!!

The fried green tomato appetizer was so good! Service was excellent and we liked the atmosphere. I rated it four stars because we went there for steaks and they were just okay. The loaded baked potato side was really good, I loved how they salted the skin!

Saturday was our first time at this restaurant. We had a choice of the patio or inside. We chose the patio and so glad we did. There was rainy weather off and on that day that produced a gorgeous rainbow so we had a great view for that. Our waiter, Dave was fantastic. Explained the menu, offered suggestions and made my husband's birthday celebration truly special. We ordered the Cajun Ribeye with broccoli and the salmon with mashed potatoes. Food was delicious. Best steak and salmon we have ever tasted. At the end of our meal Dave suprised us both with a birthday treat of creme brulee. Totally amazing. We definitely will be back.

My family and I went to the theatre to see the new fast and furious movie. The theaters bar was closed so we decided to stop by Firebirds to grab a quick drink. Although it was close to closing time Josh our bartender was extremely accommodating! He mixed our drinks quickly and efficiently. Our devieled eggs came out perfectly thanks to Robin! To whomever manages this restaurant your staff did an amazing job even though the restaurant was near closing time. 5 stars! Great service! We will return.

First time here after it’s been on my list of places to go for awhile, and I would say they didn’t disappoint. They are known for those cheesesteak egg rolls and I see why! They are absolutely delicious, flavor wise, cheese to meat ratio, crispy, just overall a good appetizer. I also got a bacon wrap steak with key lime butter that was also very good. I’m not very big on key lime because of the sourness, but you definitely don’t taste that. The sauce compliments the steak very well!

This was our first visit to Firebirds. We had Greg as our waiter and he was awesome, I would give him and the staff a 5/5. He checked up on us frequently and was accommodating to any requests we had. I ordered the Aged Ribeye (12oz) with a side of tater tots. My dad also ordered the Aged Ribeye (12oz) and the side baked potato. Both of our steaks were not cooked to the preferred temp. The range of doneness was all over the board. Half of my steak was rare and the other half was well done (I asked for med-rare). My dad's was far well done and the waiter noticed and gave us a dessert of our choice on the house which was super nice considering we would have just eaten it anyway. We also both noticed a substantial amount of gristle on our steaks. They were not well trimmed and I had a decent amount of chewy fat on mine. The sides were both really good and the steak tasted flavorful just poorly cooked. My mom ordered the Colorado Chicken salad and also experienced gristle and chewy parts as well. The portion of chicken was small to start and about half was left after the chewy bits. I felt that the atmosphere could be a little better, maybe some music in the background. Overall I think the service was really good and our waiter Greg was great. I feel that for a grill they should dial in the way that they cook the steaks and chicken and trim their meats better.

Visited Firebirds this month with my family to celebrate my wife’s birthday. This is first time eating here because every time we tried to visit previously and it was packed (I know why)! Service: we made reservations and was able to be seated immediately. Our server was present, pleasant, and courteous. We never had to look for her or ask for a refill. Ambience: the low lighting, furniture, and fixtures can make this place a trendy hang out, romantic dinner place, great happy hour vibe, and family friendly…if you fit any of those groups, you will be happy you came here. Food: they actually have a wood fire grill in the back where they prepare your food! Shout out to the chefs working back there with that fire blazing all day long! My steak was out of this world grilled and seasoned to perfection! My wife had the red snapper which was a nice thick, well seasoned, moist, grilled filet. My son had a delicious pasta dish while the other kids had burgers. Not a single complaint, not a long wait, and everything tasted great. I look forward to trying something else on the menu or going to happy hour there.

Very average. Our second visit here since it opened. The first visit was a disaster. Unfortunately they’ve not improved. Burgers were either under seasoned or over seasoned. Dry and just a little bit sad. Had to send one main dish back because it was stone cold. Service was good but the food was below average.
