Customer service receives 5 Stars ✨. Very friendly, polite, approachable, and attentive. Atmosphere: 4 stars, the restaurant was very clean. However the utensils were not the cleanest. Food: I have to give the food 2 stars. Although, I felt the food was cooked at a good temperature it was not the most appetizing. It felt like someone had put a frozen dinner and served it to me. Being that it’s Italian food, I was expecting a higher level of quality of food. Dissatisfied and disappointed. I would come back if I was in a rush and wanted something quick.
Had the fettuccine Alfredo was decent definitely not homemade but decent also had the pizza breadsticks the breadsticks were good but the pepperonis just fell off they were like an afterthought but love the place anyway servers are always super helpful I will definitely be back
Food was served hot but tasted undone. Service was bad by 1 person but good with another. Had to ask 3 times for the breadsticks that came with the meal. But when we asked for take-home containers from another server, it was complied with promptly and with a smile. Atmosphere non existence
Was mine and my family’s 1st time coming here. We were overwhelmed with how wide the selection on their menu was that we kept having to make changes to our order but the cashier (male African American) handled it so well , he was very polite and welcoming that it made our 1st experience great. He also brought out our food quick ! The food was yummy and tasty ! Had a great experience and will be coming back again (:
The service is Great. The food is salty and the strawberry smoothie that I got was very sweet. I like the garlic bread with butter and the Salad was good just don't like the ranch. Not sure if will go there again.
I used to go to Fazoli's a lot as a kid, but they all shut down in my state. Finally got to have it here while on vacation in California. The bread sticks were just like I remembered, and the pizza was great too. It was some of the best service I've gotten at a fast food place, especially from Ruth, who was friendly and attentive.
Pretty good food especially for the price. They have a ton of $7 lunch specials that come with 2 entrees and a soda. You also get a plate of breadsticks which were soft and delicious.
I ordered lasagna with marinara sauce, and ravioli with marinara sauce. My order came with 2 very salty bread sticks, I'm sure after this meal, I now have high cholesterol. Lol The resteraunt was actually clean compared 2 other locations that I've visited.
