People there were so slow we had them fix our order two times and we kept saying chicken n lettuce only I got creme, Pico, rice,beans Sigh' took 30 minutes of my time
Okay, so several things happened on this visit 😰. Just bought a family meal at this location a couple minutes ago and we came home to a not-so-appetizing sight. Parts of the chicken were cooked, however every single leg/thigh of chicken we had either had a blood stain or was not fully cooked all the way. After trying to pick out parts of the chicken that we liked, we were disgusted and gave up right away. Apart from that, our order was supposed to be ready at 9:30 and we arrived at around 9:45 and it still was not ready. Waited for a total of 10 minutes just waiting for an order that should have been ready. I am not one to come out here and complain, but my husband and I were extremely hungry and just couldn’t wait to get home and eat. So, by this happening to us, it was just not fair. Managers, I hope you will take this comment as not something to bring your business down, but something to improve your worker’s work ethic.
I would expect Jack in the box to mess up my order but not Pollo Loco. Its sad people are illiterate. I ordered 2 strawberry lemonades one large and the other regular. Also ordered a regular coke that i never got..instead i just got 2 lemonades regular size. I was going to call and complain but i didnt see no point..
My experience was by far the worst. No customer service skills at all, people are waiting to order food and the workers keep passing by and not acknowledging them and not even letting them know there be right with them. C'mon were also asking for dressing and they drop food and leave right away. Management is this how you train your workers.
I have visited this pollo loco for more than 10 years and I have always had an amazing experience with the staff, service, and food. The staff are very professional and nice. I really recommend this place.
Thank god I hadn’t had a bite of this!! This IS DISGUSTING! Waited for almost an hour for my meal to arrive and this what I’m given!
This place needs new management and staff. Every time i have come here my order is incorrect. The only reason i am compelled to come is because its the only pollo loco near by. But i dread coming here
These people are advertising an 8 piece family feast but you have to say family feast. The person taking my order could have clarified but didn't. So I drove up ready to pay and asked about the additional items that were missing from my meal. According to cashier I ordered a regular meal & they outright refused to make it right. Asked me to park my car and reorder inside because packing a salad and adding 2 churros way too much time to meet their drive thru quota. So after waiting in the drive thru they expect me to wait even longer because the person taking my order didn't think to tell me there is a difference. Same price for the items. This place always messes up your order or they have no chicken. I'll have to drive to other Pollo Locos and see if there is better service there. Save yourselves the headache.
