Great experience! Really enjoy the taste of their food and the coupons they generally offer which make me want to keep coming back. A little saving every time gets me to keep coming back and of course the well flavored food. Customer service is always so nice. Thank you it's always nice to come around and get your food.
Got 2 chicken tacos with avocado. If I want sauce (which I did), you get one choice in a small container. No more salsa bar. Cost $7.74. Music distracting because it is a spanish radio station that is fading in and out, making for an unpleasant atmosphere. I wish they had asked if I wanted a crispy corn or soft flour tortilla shell. Instead, I was just given a soft flour tortilla shell. I had to pick up at their counter rather than someone delivering my food, despite me needing a cane to be mobil. You need a key for their bathroom, and the door doesn't open easily with the key. The cashier was friendly.
Food was good, chicken was a little small. Dining room needed to be cleaned up. Many employees were working the drive through, but nobody cleaned the dining room the whole 45 minutes we were present.
Ordered 2 Pollo fit bowls. One was the Mexican Caesar and the other was the Avocado. There really isn't much difference between them but they both tasted great. Veges were fresh and meat was grilled just right. Very quick turnaround as I only waited about 3 minutes.
El Pollo Loco on Sunrise Blvd has incredible customer service everyone is really nice! My family takeout family meals and burritos often there. Relaxing atmosphere. Delicious fresh ingredients food bubbly soda and churros! Recommend
I've been to many El Pollo Locos, but this one is better than the rest. They give you extra sauces (within reason) for no charge, and the cashiers are very friendly - especially Blanca, she's just a genuinely happy person.
Food was great it was fresh to order and it was very fast and friendly people. Except the homeless outside asking for money and cigarettes.
Avoid this location. It's better to go down to Bradshaw or Folsom. The food is old and the place looks unclean. They never get your order right.
