I’ve been going to put it local for quite a while, but for the past months there’s excellent customer service. For some reason I feel that the food taste better in the place is very clean.
I usually have a very pleasant experience but sadly Not this time. All the chicken was burnt and dry. As soon as I got to the window the staff didn’t say one word not my total, hello nothing… So I just said hello handed them my card. They opened the window to give me my food and card back and once again didn’t say one word and just shut it right away. Didn’t get any salsas and I got the wrong sides. I would understand if they were busy but I was the only one in line. Very disappointed.
Absolutely delicious meal and stellar costumer service! They were more than willing to accommodate for us when one of our chicken breasts unfortunately came out dry. The staff is very cordial and friendly, and seem to have a strong bond with each other as well! Always nice to see employees enjoying their coworkers' company ☺️
Food is good, much better if you skip the drive thru and place your order inside. Dining area could have used some rapid cleaning up but not to bad though.
The food is good, the staff is friendly, but every time I order food there is an item missing. This time I was missing two chips and salsa. If you order from the drive thru, check your order before you leave. That is the only issue I have ever had with this place.
Went through the drive thru and the person taking our order stopped us twice and asked us to hold on. She couldn't remember what we had ordered previous to her interrupting us. The order of chicken nachos didn't appear to have chicken. 🤥
All my service was so unwelcome, afternoon crew is disgusting ,unsanitary, never coming back , all cashier attitude is disgusting too, they are rude , even the manager the fact she is the example, and they never get orders right , no napkins or utensils, when i pay for sub, they never change it , drive thru never gives receipts due to me having to ask for it . Very disappointed
Great food to always get, for a quick family dinner. Management is great help as well.
