Stark difference with the new management. Clean facility, friendly employees, and tasteful food. Visited El Pollo Loco after a long hiatus. Extremely satisfied.

Me and a friend went there after a bike ride and it was very affordable, and the food was very good! I got 3 tacos and chips for about 8 bucks and it was filling and very tasty! The service was prompt and professional! Their horchata was very good, I don't usually like it but it was very good.

Recently visit Today in the morning I visit the dining room I normally go through drive true and I was fascinated by the service and cleanliness and most importantly the welcome I received from jasmine the cashier Jazmin was very kind and attentive in my order thanks pollo loco

Do not come here Alicia L is very unprofessional. Getting high at work and forgetting about your order. They made me wait 20 mins and never brought the order out . I asked about it and they simply laughed, not even an apology I would not trust this place with my food even if it’s clean.

Check your drive-thru items before you leave. They have forgotten food 3 times in 2 weeks.

I loved the service here! It was my first time going in with my family but the experience was so welcoming and heartwarming. The employee who served me was Betty, such a bubbly and friendly women! Overall loved it there!

My food was great!!! I will be coming back!
