El Patron needs help from a competent manager who knows how to handle a busy restaurant. Had dinner on Friday the place was packed, but an untrained waitress did not know how to handle a busy rush. We waited 30 minutes to be seated in horrible spot right at the front door. we were bumped into by several waitresses. The manager (man) was running around like he had never seen a busy restaurant. We ordered drinks, and they were incorrect twice. The waitress Catlyn never checked on us or was interested in what we needed. This is our neighborhood restaurant. Dinner was overcooked and stuck to the plate. Looks like we will find another spot to have dinner. El Patrons seating arrangements are horrible. We used to love this place. However, it is not the same dining experience we were used to. These reviews are given to learn from. I hope they read this one and do better, especially when you're paying over $100 buck for dinner and drinks. We were not happy with the entire experience. BTW, this is the second time we've had a bad experience. I'm not sure if we will give them another chance. Not happy, San Jacinto CA
Waitress was terrible. Spilled my whole soda on my white shirt. Food took forever to get to our table and when it did it was not cooked the way we ordered it. Had to send stuff back. Waited 30 minutes for a beer. 15 minutes for napkins. Never came to refill our drinks. Over all the service and food was terrible. Never will eat here again. Not worth the price! Manager only took off 25% from our bill.
I had the Marinated Grilled Asada, Pico De Gallo, served with Spanish rice, beans, sour cream, topped with melted cheese, ranchera sauce with extra +sour cream +cheese +ranchera sause with a Michelada with x 2 Michleob Ultras
Came in for dinner. Place wasn’t that busy yet service was super slow. Got the grande burrito 🌯 ( not that big ) the beans and rice in it were really good as well as the steak. But I didn’t really care for the enchilada sauce on top The prices are a little high $18 for a burrito kinda experience. Also no free refills on soda $16 for 4 sodas ( 2 sodas 2 refills ) outrageous. And that’s why it got 3 starz ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. Instead of 4
Very friendly atmosphere, great happy hour prices between 2 and 5 on drinks and food.
Ashley at El patron was Absolutely Amazing! Kind and Sweet with an Amazing Personality. Great Customer Service and always checking on her customers to make sure everything turnout great! I haven't seen a worker like this who is Dedicated to the Craft like this.
Had the shredder chicken nachos, started off delicious until I found a strand of hair. The service was excellent, and they were kind enough to comp us our meals. I used that to give the server a well deserved tip.
I always say you can not mess up Mexican food but it was not good. I asked for a large spicy margarita they told me know they don’t do those in large size only house and Cadillac in the large?? No salt on it had to send it back and very watered down. This used to be where I would go not any more. Service was horrible too.
