They don't hire enough staff to keep up with customers. They forget what you ordered and take a pretty long time delivering it. English is not really a language spoken by the employees. It would be an awesome place if the bosses and management kept the place clean and organized. My husband ordered a pernil sub and it was dry. Food looked like it had been sitting for a while but hopefully it hadn't. New year's hours are late around 1pm to open but they're pretty friendly when you call them. When you sit with family members to wait for your order, be ready to sit there for a pretty long time before someone gets there. If they were organized and kept up with cleaning the place, it would be a 5 rating.

Great food. Was quiet when I was there on a Tuesday around 8pm. One server working but still good service. I would try something other than the Ranchero next time. It was good but tasted more like something you would find at an American BBQ joint. The avocado sauce was delicious though. There "hot sauce" was hot with good flavor. Overall a nice place to eat with friends, family or alone.

I didn't like your food. We bought a meat grilled arepa with cheese, it takes a lot of time and the presentation was nasty. The guy was alone taking all orders and we must to serve our selves. The food too expensive to be as bad as it tasted. The cachapa was burned and dry. The juices was too small for that price and finally the restrooms have the worst presentation ever seen, we couldn't use it...very nasty.

The worse experience...The food has good flavor but the service of the worst. Worse is cold soups cold salads without dressing the food served to untimely disgusting bathrooms. The excuse of the person who did not attend was that the company is going through a bad time and is being restructured, my advice for their owners look for a real adviser or close the place Sorry i do not return

Really bad experience. This is not Venezuelan food at all. I highly recommend other sites to try Venezuelan food. Service was so poor, any recommendation when we ordered, NO music, shortage of variety, the place looks old and a little bit dirty with poor lighting. About the quality of the food, really low or bad. The arepas, cachapas and empanadas have a bad tasting.

THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I decided to come here after getting a facial so I wouldn't have to drive to Pana a couple of miles away which I absolutely love. I sure wish I would've. HORRIBLE service, the food beyond disgusting. Horrible experience I got the wrong order TWICE then the cheese tasted gross. Then the cook has the audacity to tell me that I'm "lucky" the manager isn't there because nobody would exchange it for me so I'm "lucky" that she's going to take out the bad cheese and put another type of cheese. I'm beyond upset. Now reading all the horrible reviews I don't understand why they haven't done anything about the issues. Next time I will definitely drive the extra 30 miles if I have to towards any other restaurant.

I would say that as a Venezuelan the food does not remind me of my country. Worst arepas and papelon con limon. The arepas are hard and rubberish felt like it was kept in freezer and warm up on microwave. The local is nice but the workers do not pay attention to the customers as they should. I asked for 3 empanadas and the cashier only gave me one. I gave you two stars just because the local look descent.

I was there with my family, my son's empanada was freezing, wy wife's drink tasted really bad (papelon lime juice) arepas weren't fresh, the table was dirty and the high chair for my baby was super dirty. The environment look nice but need better management and more quality control with the food.
