Adorable space, friendly service & very good food. We did the tasting menu with wine pairings. Everything was delicious from the appetizer with fresh bread & tapenade to salad and dessert. The only issue was our main entree halibut was extremely under-seasoned and lacked flavor. It was also served with a bold red wine, which seemed to further diminish the flavor of the fish. I wondered if this wine was leftover from the other evenings when rich beef dishes were on the menu. Otherwise wonderful though, we enjoyed the dinner - definitely recommend.

It is an experience. Delicious food paired with exceptional wine on top of a relaxing environment. Great for a bonding experience with your partner.

Small place run just by two folks. So don’t expect fast service, come here to relax with no rush. Food is great, honestly, better than some one M star restaurants we tried this summer. Wine paring is amazing to my taste. Overall value is great too, normally you’ll pay 120-170 just for such course + separate for wine pairing and gratitude. So it’s a great deal for the overall exp.

Absolutely superb. I always love a chef's table and this was one of the best. With an interesting array of flavors, and a wine pairing to match each dish (which I didn't know would be included what an amazing bonus). The execution of the food and the service was flawless. I love the minimalist decor and soothing music. If you're lucky enough to eat here don't pass up the chance. I meant to take a picture of the food but it was so delicious I dug right in, but I did manage to capture a picture of the dessert, which had rosemary whipped cream (just a small example of how creative the food is)

Amazing local Vashon Island sourced food. Great patio to sit outside in the summer. Friendly staff. Good wine selection. We three courses meal. Started with a salad and a cheese and meat board. The main dishes ver fantastic. Really yummy freshly made pasta. You can order those also as small portions for kids. Highly recommend. Perfect visit for a day on the island.

I love this restaurant!!! It was lovely and the staff were super friendly and accommodating! We ordered their Baguette with blue cheese and poached peach, mushroom risotto and blackberry gateau. I’ve not had such delicious food in so long!!! 😋😋 We ordered take out. The restaurant doesn’t have dine in due to Covid. When they offer dine-in, this’d be a great place for a dinner date! 😊 If you’re in Vashon Island, definitely visit this restaurant!!

Ordering online is a bit confusing, it seems like pick up and dine in are completely different menus. We did a pick up, I tried the vegetarian option and was very impressed! For $25 it came with a salad, rice risotto and a dessert. Great price and even better quality! My partner tried the lamb dish and they also really enjoyed their meal. When we visit Vashon Island we will have to try the dine in! The inside of the building looks like a fine dining experience.

The Earthan Bistro is amazing. We found this place while exploring Vashon Island. We started with their fresh pastries. These were light, and by far the best we have had here in Seattle. I had the Chanterelle Mushroom Hash and Michael had the Salmon Croquette. Both these dishes were exquisite. It took a long time to get our meal, but it is definitely worth the wait. The chef is a real artist. This was one of the finest meals I’ve experienced in years. And it was breakfast. Awesome.
