Breakfast Menu "Dutch Bros Coffee" San Tan Valley

This location is horrible! They are incredibly slow. They never have people outside taking orders and I've been in the line stuck for an entire hour. Most people would think that's an exaggerated statement but it's actually true. They have also made my drink wrong several times when no other location has issues. Please get your lines moving and serve people faster. One of the workers came out yelling at people to not block their yellow areas but they're not moving cars to keep lines moving. This isn't acceptable and other locations don't have these issues. I have also been here many times where people who have ordered way after me all get their drinks at the window and I have remind/repeat my order again to be recognized. Which this is consistent with other reviews for this location.

You can never go wrong with coffee! Service was quick even though there was a long line, and coffee was just right. Awesome staff, as always.

I swear, it's almost creepy, how friendly these employees are, at every location I've ever been to. Sometimes, I wish the freezes didn't melt so fast, but they are always so delicious. Once I got to the window and realized I didn't have my card in my wallet and they were so nice and let me have the drink, the next day when I went back to pay, they wouldn't take my money. I thought this kind of outstanding service had died, but Dutch Bros is creating a workplace and environment that embodies the principles and ideas that truly make companies great. Thanks Dutch Bros!!!

I love the Golden Eagle Freeze. Prices are a bit high. Sometimes the staff can be overly (fake) friendly but they've been great lately. Son ordered a tigers blood drink that they provided as a lemonade that was super sour. We tried describing a drink he'd ordered prior that was more of a creamy tigers blood but nobody really knew what to make. Our bad for not remembering.

I don’t know who’s the current working crew, but y’all made thee best bob I’ve had in the valley, I didn’t think anyone compared to the Goodyear Dutch location but this drink officially made this location my number 1 Dutch in AZ! and y’all are so kind as well! Much love! 💛
