I had the most amazing experience at Dutch today thanks to the fantastic service from Carlie and Matt!!!!! They went above and beyond to make sure my drink was perfect and that I was always smiling 😁. Carlie and Matt were like coffee superheroes, swooping in to save my day with their friendly banter and expert drink-making skills. They took the time to ask me about my day, and even shared a few laughs with me while I waited for my drink. I can't recommend these two enough – they truly made my day! It was my first time having Dutch Bros since I’m from the east coast and it didn’t disappoint. The staff was kind. Our drinks were ready pretty quickly. Even though its a chain, it was better than some of the local stand alone places. It was pretty good coffee and doesn’t taste like chain coffee.
As always, Dutch Bros comes through with the tastiest sugar-free brew. No one else can compare.
I LOVE the workers in the drive through! They seem like they all want to be my best friend (even when they don’t ask for a tip when I pay, which is rare for the food industry!) and the drinks are always perfect.
Ashley (I'm so sorry if I spelled that wrong) is such a sweetheart! Best in the business. I don't know what they're paying her, but she deserves a raise. So cheery and happy and just absolutely raised my spirits. What a gal! Thanks for hiring such an awesome woman, Dutch Bros!
