I just love the employees here and so does my dog Bella! Not only did they give her a pup cup, but they got 2 small dog biscuits and made sprinkles before putting the dog bones in the pillow of whipped cream! Everything about this place is amazing! Delicious! And well done!
If you’ve ever been to Dutch Bros, you’d understand fantastic service and employees - the port orchard location is no exception! Absolutely adore everyone who works here and the coffee is fantastic!
Excellent coffee and customer service. As is typical with Dutch Bros locations, my only major complaint is that they can get very busy at times. The company concentrates on customer service and the way staff interacts with patrons is second to none!
Waited in line for 40 minutes, then was given the wrong drink!! Went around and parked and went to the window and they said it will be a while wait. I then waited another 30 min!! The girl was like is your drink still not here? Like no!! It was freaking ridiculous!! They messed up my drink after waiting forever and instead of fixing it right away made me wait another 30 min! Will not be going to this Dutch bros ever again! Worst service of my life!
I Love everything about Dutch Bros! Customer service is ALWAYS fantastic. Coffee is BEYOND amazing. I'm loyal to Dutch Bros, you won't EVER catch me at any other coffee shop😁❤️
Always as fast as possible, always friendly! The crew will answer any questions about any drinks, and they will even make recommendations if you're stumped. It's nice to start the day with such positive interactions! People in line/the parking lot even seem to be in better moods.

I went in this morning and ordered my caramel frappe and she brought it to me and I asked her were was the caramel and whip crème and she told me it was in it so I just walked away I have never been treated like that from any of their employees but I’m not going to be going back
