I have been to this location 3 times. I would have stopped Coming after two but my son told me they are really good and fast. Today... Stopped and waited in line fifteen minutes. Then the girl taking orders went inside. I am setting there waiting for her to return and several cars came showing thru the other lane and got in line where those who had orders already taken. Bad layout. Bad concept. Bad service. Three times there, three times waiting in line, three times no coffee to show for it. I'm done. Starbucks has never been this bad. Never again.
Love the coffee here. The service used to be way faster, now it seems like wait times have increased substantially about 6-12 months ago. Everyone is always friendly though.
Staff is efficient and friendly while taking orders in the drive through lanes. Staff will let you know which car to be behind to avoid confusion. Staff who handed us our drinks at the window was friendly and had an attitude of gratitude. Our beverages were delicious and exceeded our expectations.
Went to grab a gift card for a coworker and not only was everyone working so kind, you could tell that they were having the best time there. After having a very rough day it was great to see everyone’s smiles and to experience their kindness. Thank you Dutch Bros OV!
I don’t know why they make people take orders outside in 100+ degree heat. In winter when it snows places are they still outside taking orders? The coffee is good but I just don’t get the whole thing.
Have some of the best coffee love the golden eagle with whip cream! Always fast and friendly service !
Edit to add: I came here when I was having a really bad day and the staff treated me with the utmost kindness. It was very much appreciated. Thank you. Every visit is a pleasure, the staff are amazing and I love the drinks.
This was my first time coming and 2 cars cut me off and were trying to hit my car to get to the window first. Analise was super nice to me about the whole things. And I couldn't have asked for a better experience from the staff. Thank you so much <3
