Visiting from out of town, used the walk up window and found the young lady who helped us to be genuinely friendly and helpful about choices. Really enjoyed the lemonade and how welcome I felt.
Always friendly and smiles. Love this place. My Mac Doodle loves his pup cup too. They go the extra mile and that’s what brings me back !
Great coffee!!! But only every once in a while. 7$ to 9$ before tip.. for coffee.... ummm... I have to ask, how did things get like this? Pay your people better at least, so we don't have to make that an 8$ or 10$ coffee in order to help YOU pay your people so they make ok money because you owners suck.. such a rip off and your stingy off something you are rich off of with the people who make you the money.
Was having a bad day, needed a treat so stopped for a iced mocha 😩 only to drive away with a 10.00 coffee, without the mocha. Maybe I'll try a different store another time. Service was great at the window. Just sad the order was wrong.
The staff is always super friendly and patient with me when I’m trying to remember what drinks are what. Even when there’s a ton of cars you can tell the staff are hard working and get drinks out as quick as possible while also making everything right. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve gone here a plethora of times. I will be returning!
Coffee is fine however I do not appreciate your EMPLOYEE trying to cut me off and then almost slamming into the back of my car so she could save 2-3 seconds trying to get into the parking lot before me. If you’re about to pull into your place of employment then maybe you should consider how you’re acting on the road. 👍
We waited in line for 50 minutes. The line was totally disorganized. When we got to the drive thru our drinks were diluted with melted ice. Why not walk the drinks out when they are ready? The line would of probably went faster and drinks would be fresh.
