Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Yorkville

Fantastic atmosphere! Great food and drink choices! Many options to choose from! A great experience with the help of happy people. I would definitely recommend visiting my local Dunkin for some cool iced coffee or refresher!!

I am all for giving a business a try but it has been months and they still can’t get it right. I had 2 drinks today in my order 1 wasn’t made right and the other I was yet again charged for a large and received a medium. There was no one in front of me no one behind me and no one at the counter. I know good people are hard to find but I just have to go out a little further instead of down the block. I hope management can correct the issues.

Surprisingly this is the best DD I have ever been to. The cashier was very polite and the sausage egg and cheese croissant was made perfectly with all part’s equally nice and hot. But one thing that surely stood out to me was the actual size of the croissant.. it was huge and fresh. When I usually get these, the croissants are always the same size, not that big at all and either the cheese the patty will be warm or cold and not hot. This was the best croissant sandwich I have gotten from DD. I also got a chocolate long john which I asked before I bought “is it fresh and soft?” She gave me a confident yes and i ordered 1. It was indeed very fresh. I was very pleased with my quick visit while moving through the area. Will be back when I’m in the area again. Thank you

I loved the drive through when they first opened, but lately it's been going downhill. This morning I got a strawberry donut and a double chocolate donut for my kids. Nothing separating the 2 on the bad, and the double chocolate was upside in the bag leaving all the chocolate stuck to the bag. Guess I'll iĺl be trying the new DD on Jerico and Orchard now. Further away, but worth the try.

Horrible customer service, atrocious manager, don’t go here! The employees have more customer service experience than the manager. They don’t do gift cards in their drive through, so I brought my baby inside (I guess they don’t believe in social distancing?!?) & they took 5 min to figure out they don’t have sleeves for gift cards, maybe you could have told me that in the drive through so I didn’t waste my time coming into your establishment?!? No apology from manager, just a roll of the eyes. I wouldn’t recommend this DD to anyone!

Been going here for awhile things are normally really good, but last month or so has been bad! We get the bacon avacado toast and latley the bacon has been under cooked and in strips instead of crumbles. Also they have really skimped on the seasonin. Hopefully they can turn it around cause I really like the location!

Be extremely cautious at this Dunkin' donuts location. They like to charge you twice for your purchase. Had to call my bank to dispute the charge. 🤬

Worst location ever!!!! So slow... no hustle. Literally 17 min. To get one donut in drive thru.
