First of all, the staff was completely rude. I came in a couple minutes later than I originally ordered and the drinks we’re starting to water down, so I kindly asked if they could possibly remake them and started blaming me for coming in late. but that shouldn’t matter because they should start the order once your there and they just left it out blaming me for coming in late. Although that’s not all, they made the orders completely wrong. They forgot the bacon bits on the toast and forgot a donut when I PAYED for 6. They need to read the orders correctly because it seems like that’s the biggest problem in this place.
This place is terrible. Every single time we go the screw up the order. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Get off your phones and do your job! Asked for a variety of donuts and this is what we got. Yeah yeah check my order I know but how about people do things correctly
By far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts out there. Rarely do they get the order correct. When will I learn and stop using this location?!
I'm not good with names but Kaylie or Kacey was amazing. She was friendly, happy, smiling and very nice. The food was freshly made, hot and delish. I had everything bagel and a iced latte with the works. It was donut day so she gave me a delish blueberry donut for free. The young lady who served my food was honestly an amazing employee. Thank you for such amazing service you actually made my day.
Ordered 2 wake up wraps no cheese. Not busy. Glad I checked. Cheese on both. I'm allergic. Had to go back inside and tell them. No comment. No effort to apologize or make it right. Acted like it was an inconvenience to remake. Read the ticket right and they're won't be any problems. And you need serious lessons in providing good customer service
I ordered a coffee roll and when I took a bite it was stale. I went back to get a new one and it was still stale.
I purchased 4 donuts on a Sunday morning. They were old, dry and stale. I go to the nearby gas station for donuts now, where they are cheaper and always fresh.
Stopped by to get donuts trying to pick out donuts…girl stopped me while picking asking how many am I getting. I said 12 and with an attitude she said you could have told me that so I could get a box. Not the tone you use with customers!!!!
