Early Morning hours are perfectly consistent. Just be aware evening hours is wildly inconsistent. It’s probably not entirely the staff’s fault either but I do find it’s a RNG % chance if my order is correct. I don’t know if it’s because the evening staff is “quiet quitting” or the proper training wasn’t provided, but it’s inconsistent. If you like pulling the arm on a slot machine, then after 3pm, this is the Dunkin for you!

Ive been getting the dunkin energy punch for years. Sadly it seems dunkin switched from MONSTER to Rockstar energy. The drink now tastes like cough syrup. That will be the last time go to dunkin as that was the main reason for going to dunkin. PLEASE fix your recipe rockstar sucks in this drink

7:30pm on a Sunday and still had a ton of fresh donuts, when all other locations were closed!! Service was great and staff were all very friendly!!

Worst experience of my life! Got yelled by the manager and after going there daily for two years I was told to go somewhere else because they made my drink wrong 3 times. I worked at Baskin Robbins as a teenager and know how to prepare their drinks. I have struggled with them recently as they have new people. When they do not use correct measurements the blasts taste too strong in coffee mix. This makes me nauseous! When they are stronger the color is usually darker than when correctly made the shade is lighter. As I mentioned I worked all through High School at Baskin-Robbins so I know what it should look/taste like. The manager told me to park which as we know they constantly have their parking spots blocked by the drive thru line. After the manager came and yelled at me I was shocked and confused after it was a continous mistake on their end. I was so upset I began to cry and left quickly. I was ultimately in a car collision getting out of their parking lot. I've worked the fast food industry and I appreciate the service. I'm not the type to demand or yell as I know people make mistakes. When my order is wrong I do ask to have it corrected and I patiently wait. This was so humiliating and as we can read from the reviews both the lady and the guy are rude to everyone all the time. How can the owners permit this? I can't imagine how they treat their employees if they treat customers like this. People in the service roles should be treated with respect but no one talks about the rude people servicing customers. Where are those viral videos?

Asked for light ice and was charged for it. I questioned the charge and the person taking the order replied very rudely and continued to be disrespectful. Went to a different Dunkin’ and asked for the same thing without being charged. To charge for light ice is absurd considering I pay for a medium drink and get a small when you take away ice.

Quick coffee fix in the afternoon. Staff was kind and got my order right, can't ask for more!

I placed a large order for an early morning staff meeting, and I was thrilled how well Joe took care of my order, down to small details such as a bag for each staff members with their name and names on the drinks! I have to add, all the lids were securely placed on the drinks! 2 coffee cups fell out of their cup holder on a turn in the car and they did not pop open!! Nothing short of a miracle! Thanks Yorkville Dunkin team for making my staff meeting breakfast super easy and yummy!!

I never write reviews but everyone has to know how terrible the customer service is at this place… especially the lady manager. She is so rude, could care less about customer service and talks terrible to her employees. The worst part is she’ll yell and swear at them in front of customers. How has she not been fired??? I know many people who have seen her do the same thing. I love Dunkin’ but will happily drive the extra distance so I don’t have to deal with the terrible customer service.
