Good coffee, done perfectly. The place was clean and the associate even picked up the nickel that we didn't have for the tab. (I got it from the truck later and made it right). Good place for a Sunday afternoon meeting.
Dunkin’ Donuts is located just outside of downtown Wolfeboro. It is small compared to many other DDs. Service is generally OK, but the take out window is very slow with long lines. Doughnut selection is sparse like many other DDs. I like the coffee special of three 1 pound bags of coffee for $19.99 They are practicing safe COVID-19 guidelines
The man at the drive up window from Connecticut with the blue beard was wonderfully friendly. He chatted and asked where we were from. Should be more of him around!!
Your hours stated 7 days a week open at 4 a.m. I sat outside for 45 mins while the employees stood around staring at the walls pics taken at 455
Please do not go to this location I have the worse experience in MY LIFE today I got an Ice coffee and please check the pictures the cup is full of BUGs no Idea what kid but you can see a bunch of legs no sure if is a bunch a flys is very disturbing I almost drink the whole thing until I feel some thing chewing in my mouth I was driving so you can imagine I puked all over my car very disturbing please don't go there you'll regret it.
Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Placed a mobile order to be picked up indoors, they locked the lobby and provided no guidance for picking up the order at the door, then unexpectedly when I sat in a 20 minute drive thru line, they unlocked the door and begin dropping off orders at the door. They didn’t seem to care that I had idled in their drive thru line for 20 minutes just to get the order. As a business owner, I understand staff shortages and the stresses that people are going through. However, there was no attempt towards customer service. They didn’t apologize for suddenly changing their practice or me misinterpreting their change. Instead I get the response “you can either pick it up at the door or you can ask for a refund tomorrow” perhaps you could try “we apologize for the inconvenience. We are very short staffed, but how can I fix this?” or perhaps “I’m sorry for the miscommunication, let me grab your drink.” Either way, I’m a long time customer who’s very patient, but when I get this response from the manager, I will never go here again. 👎👋
I feel scammed with no one able to help me. I placed an order through the app yesterday and then drove up to the drive-thru to find they had spontaneously closed about 20 minutes prior. I'm not out a lot of money thankfully but it's the principle of the matter. Your app should not allow anyone to place an order if you are closed. Short staffing issues are understandable. Taking money and not providing the service or item ordered is not understandable. There is also no way to contact anyone who can actually help me.
Good people. Good coffee. They tend to get my very specific coffee right here. I'm one of those people that order my coffee and very certain wait. Not in a complicated way, but still specific. Well they never mess it up here. Most places I have to bring my coffee back. Purely cause people don't listen. But not this place! This place has it down pat! I highly recommend this place. Fair warning though, morning and lunch lines are hell here hahaha
