This establishment would get a lot more business if they didnt close their doors before 7 oclock. Coffee is always a hit or miss.
I order almond milk because cream gives me stomach cramps. I was handed this coffee, and asked the girl who handed it out "i'm sorry to be annoying but is this definitely almond milk? It's really bright" and I was assured it was. Now I'm dealing with stomach pain and kind of mad I was lied to. I used to work at a Dunkin so I know how it is to accidentally mess up an order but I don't pay extra just to be trendy, I physically cannot have cream.
Don’t come here if you need someplace early. What happened to the new girls who opened up? They were not only nice but made orders on time. On Friday the man came late and did not serve customers until after 5. I drive off. Early in the week the one that call herself manager was late and all she did was complain I’d be late to if I had to get up this early everyday.There are other places to get food around here. I can’t give this place no stars but it makes you give one.

Good place but bathrooms need to be fixed and matinenced very nasty and poor bathrooms something should be done about it thanks

Longtime customer to this Dunkin every morning to pick up drinks and food with the dogs. We hav changed Dunkin's in favor of the one on Meriden Road. Brendan and Tori try to keep things going but the asst manager is exceedingly late. The time to avoid is between 5 - 5:30. The service is slow. One person working the window until the asst manager drives in. No regard for the customer. Not the way to treat the ones who pay your wage. Don’t plan on going back to this Dunkin. Meriden Avenue is friendly and on time service early in the morning. Dusty you need to adjust the line up.
You have lost a customer. If you’re planning on getting you’re before work fix don’t come to this Dunkin. The new 4 am boy is good and laughs about the girl manager who is supposed to show up next and says Oh her. She is always late. As a first responder I don’t have time. I will join the others and go to the other Dunkin on Meriden Avenue.
