Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Wisconsin Dells

Don’t waste your money here. We ordered a large iced matcha latte and they gave us a matcha Frappuccino. We asked for them to remake it so it would be what we ordered and that took 20-30 minutes. To top it all off, the remake was not even made to fill the cup! They gave us 3/4th of our order. I’ve never seen this before….

I was just shocked with this place. The window girl had her shirt half up rubbing her stomach. My drink had chocolate syrup when there wasn't suppose to be any and barely any caremel and my boyfriend was missing his butter pecan toppings

Busy tourist area, so it was packed. We ordered at the kiosk, which I'm not opposed to vs. a cashier. The coffee was good. The donut was a donut. The food we got was a little cold/not really warm, but not frozen in the middle (a breakfast wrap). Because it was so busy, and we're not a-holes, we just ate it. Next time, we may take to go so we can heat up in a microwave at the hotel we're staying at. Overall, it was not bad. The store was clean and tidy, so in between customer rushes, someone was making sure the lobby was decent. Quick bite before a day of adventure in Wisconsin Dells!

This is a BIG Dunkin Donuts! We placed our order ($26 order), waited, got our coffee first, waited, got our hot items next, waited, waited, had to go back to the counter, no donuts. I counted 22 crew members behind the counter, some on their phone, some just standing there. I had to go ask for our 4 donuts. Then every. single. table. was. dirty!! 😜 Coffee was good though 😀

I don't know if it was an unusual day or what was going on, but the restaurant was absolutely filthy. Every garbage can was overflowing onto the floor, all the tables were dirty with food scraps/ trash, the floor in the entire facility needed to be swept and the bathrooms were gross. The staff was nice, but we're not busy. As a matter of fact over half of them were busy talking and eating ice cream behind the counter while the restaurant clearly needed attention. I was there with my family and we left because the atmosphere was so bad. I wish we would have driven the couple miles over by the Kalahari and went to that DD/Baskin Robbins. Always clean and orderly at that site when we vacation in the Dells.

I want to like this place. But a recent event, has made me take my service elsewhere. The company advertises for a happy hour during the week at a set time. However, they are not honoring it. Stating that the owner does not make enough money. That was about 3 weeks ago and the company is still advertising for happy hour. It is against the law in Wisconsin to have deceptive advertising.

Nice employees, good coffee, just need more healthy alternatives in the food dept. Most everything is quite sugary or white processed food. Like the multi grain bagel, but more often than not, it isn't available.

How hard is it to make a simple cup of coffee? It shouldn't be difficult at all. But even the employees at Dunkin managed to screw mine up. I ordered a 'half-caf' with cream and 3 Stevia. I received a black coffee with no Stevia. Not what I wanted as I was traveling cross country. Disappointing.
