Multiple reasons for 1 star. Staff is EXTREMELY unfriendly, and by unfriendly I mean RUDE. I placed a Mobile pick up order for “walk in” but had to pick up via drive-through because the lobby is always closed to the public for some reason.. I went through the drive-through, and since I ordered on the Mobile app, I pulled right up to the window… When I got there, I was “greeted” by a female worker, who very rudely said “next time you need to tell us when you’re here” - we apologized because we didn’t know and before I could even say anything else to her she was walking away but I asked her to l please add whipped cream to the drink because there is no option in the app to add it. I know she heard me, but she pretended she didn’t, and came back with the drink without whipped cream… I then again asked her… can you please add whipped cream, she rolled her eyes, put the smallest amount and handed us the coffee. If you are going to be miserable at work, then don’t work, especially in a place where you deal with customers every single day all day. Another reason for my one star review is they just clearly don’t care which is so raw when you work with customers making food and drinks. When I am paying for some thing, I want to get what I ask for. I asked for no ice in my coffee and they still put ice and I asked for a certain amount of flavoring and it’s clear they did not put that amount because it doesn’t taste like anything. The picture is the amount of whipped cream I got, and you can clearly see that there’s ice in there as well.

My favorite Dunkin by far. often I’m held up in the drive thru do to the overwhelming amount people are ordering, two cars ahead had ordered 20 Sandwiches! And next was a mixture of lattes and food. (I asked the girls) Regardless of the situation I still return daily!!

It’s a great place with strong staff! It’s gourmet coffee and lattes but you can also get regular coffee and foot most of the time the drive thru is very quick. It’s on my commute route

Placed mobile order for walk in pickup, due to short staff had to go through drive through. Slowest dunkin I been too. Then received an inaccurate order and didn’t find out until I was home that a drink was incorrect and the customized 12 donuts we chose were all wrong. Not worth it to go back and wait for another 20-30 minutes in the line to get it corrected. Super unsatisfied, if they can’t support the staff they need to close this location, it’s not the only one in the area so luckily in the future I can easily avoid here.

This one of the nicest Dunkin donuts around, if not the most best. The place looks good, clean, and the food is well prepared.

Great customer service makes all the difference. Jess and Will were kind and made what i orderd making sure the food was cooked properly. They didnt have the Biscuit bites, wich seems to be an issue at both winsted dunkins. Jess made sure to offer me somthing else and I got everything I ordered quickly and correctly. The other dunkin, next to McDonald's shuts down the ovens when the staff is grumpy. (And still owes me for biscuit bites i was charged for and didn't receive)

The only Dunkin that makes you pull forward when you have the easiest order. Take another minute and finish my order. Drive thru lady needs to stop being lazy. Happens every time.

They either need to hire people or shut down the store. It's the slowest Dunkin I've ever been to, they do a pretty decent job of getting orders right. But slow is an understatement. Along with that the lobby is NEVER open so if you send an on the go from the app you are stuck waiting in the drive through line. I wish I was exagering when I say I spend 25 minutes in drive through. That alot of people's work commutes. Spent sitting in drive through, hire more people or close the store. UPDATE: Got to the drive through window and there were 5 people working inside. I dont even know what to say, 5 people working and a 25 min drive through line?
