Any time I am dropping someone off or picking up from Bradley Airport, I stop for a coffee. They make your order right every time and actually show customer service the way it should be. Given the fact it's so far in between that I visit this specific location, it is never the same employees. This just shows me they train their employees right and that they actually care about their job, unlike most places. I will definitely continue to return each time I pick up or drop off!!
I had to set up breakfast for third shift, the staff at this Dunkin is on point. I've gone to other places and end up getting a hard time from staff, but not at this location. They are the best and they treat you with respect. When people go out of their way, that's important to me. Thank you guys & gals. Keep up the great work.
One of the best Dunkins I’ve ever visited, they get my drink’s measurements right EVERY SINGLE TIME (large hot americano). Wish all other Dunkins would follow them
It's a dunkin near the airport. In nvenient to get in and out of. Staff was friendly, the food and coffee was exactly what we were looking for and it was exactly as clean as I expected a donut/coffee place with a drive thru to be.
It's always a pleasure during the week visiting this location. During the weekend, things don't seem to not flow so well. The food at this location, like the hash browns and the croissants, is not crispy like other locations.
Why bother saying how you want your coffee? Do they even care any more . They have a machine counting the sugar. If that's broken, they just give it the way they want . I just done giving them my money .
Poor customer service. They ignored us when we walked in, no one is smiling, didn't thank us. Lack luster donuts. No refills on the iced tea. Real bummer. They don't have sweet tea on tap. Another bummer. Convenient to get in and out and they have a drive through.
Everything is great, but that drive thru and parking lots needs a lot of work. That is the busiest Dunkin’ every morning, yet there is so much potholes that need to be fixed. Not a good look and not safe on tires.
