User Reviews

Disappointed with mobile order and unreliable employees. This morning I placed a mobile order only to show up and no one be there. I wasted money on an order and really don’t feel valued as a customer. If no one is at the store why would you accept online orders with no one to fill them?

This location is under construction so gave it a 5 star for atmosphere because it would not be fair to give it a rating while undergoing these changes. However the drive thru is open and had poor service. I'm not sure if the employee was new or just wasn't very willing to help. I stopped by to order 2 dozen donuts to take to an oncology center on topperwein for the patients receiving treatment. Unfortunately I was told they didn't have many donuts left! At 10 am you don't have donuts- is this a donut shop? I was like what do you have I'll even take plain glazed- was told no glazed donuts at all. No simple chocolate frosted donuts. So I settled for only 1 dozen of donuts but all jelly filled. Not what I wanted but at least a dozen of the patients were able to snack on something. Needless to say I was very disappointed with my attempt at a good deed.😞

This place is closed to the lobby. but that's not why I am giving it such a low review. Fist off, the woman that was working the drive thru was a complete and total grump. She constantly asked us to repeat and repeat our order. When she finally decided she heard the actual order she couldn't figure out what the amount was. All the while you could hear in the background the manager trying to tell her what it was. Drive up to the window and nothing but death stares and anger in her eyes. If you want to be in the service industry, maybe try a bit harder to be nice to people. I am not saying they have to be all prim and proper, but death stares, anger , faking the drive through not working. Come on. Everyone has a bad day, doesn't mean you have to take it out on customers.

Order an ice coffee and sweet tea and both tasted stall like they are old, the sweet tea had something floating in it. Idk how long they have been sitting but you can tell they are not freshly made. Made me sick. not to mention my Kolache was not done all the way it was doughy on the inside. My sandwich tasted funny the cheese not even melted. I’m here every Monday morning and order same thing, Not sure what’s going on today or if new person on table but this is the worst i ever had from here. I come early in the morning and it’s usually a female manager working window and making food but not today. Whoever is making the drinks needs to check dates and the person making food needs better training. I probably won’t be back as this was the worst. So save your time and money starbucks is back open better off getting fresh drinks from there

Needed an ice cream cake for my son's birthday, and even though the lobby was closed to the public, the manager was kind enough to let us in to choose a cake. Talk about going the extra mile to create an awesome experience!

Yessss! We finally have a Dunkin’ of the Southside (again lol) Staff has been friendly with each visit and fast! A few parking spaces but drive through runs quick. The iced coffee is great!

There usually is no waiting for your order in a line. If any it will be 1 car that is infront of you. Their coffee is good and so is the lemon cake.

I ordered 50 donut holes to bring for the kids at work. Assorted. Chose five flavors. You would think they'd do 10 of each. No. No. That would make sense. Instead they put twenty pumpkin (not everyone loves pumpkin people). Only 5 chocolate... I ordered a sausage sourdough sandwich. They put bacon. Not a great start to the day.
