Very good service for the morning crew. Had a pretty large order for a 5:30 pickup that they were able to finish very fast. All had smiles on their faces and really felt meaningful when they told me to have a good day. I’d go here a million times if I could!
I would say this dunkin is probably an average dunkin maybe a little smaller since they don’t have everything other Dunkin’s have. However due to the drive thru being designed poorly where it makes it for people dining in to not be able to get out if people are in the drive thru I have to lower it’s rating. All in all I recommend this dunkin as long as you don’t park in the poorly designed spaces
Had the breakfast taco and it was so good I didn't get a picture of it. Trust when I tell ya because I don't lie to spare feelings. If it wasn't good, I'd tell ya. The hash browns need not be discussed because they are ALWAYS on point. They are the best out there. The cashier was nice and the guy who brought our food out was even nicer. Overall the Vine Street (Lake County) location is 5* when it comes to overall experience. Visit them...you will thank me later.
The service was very slow and it seemed very unorganized. I feel bad for the girl at the register who seemed to not know very much about how to work the POS system or about the menu, I'm assuming she was new, and probably not very well trained. She seemed flustered in the morning rush. I won't come back to this location if I can help it.
Worst dunkin location around. Almost every time I go to this location at lest one item in my order is made incorrectly or is missing. Ordered an iced mocha latte today with less mocha, and received a chocolate milk. Not a drop of coffee in the cup. And the bagel I ordered was stale and soaked in butter. Just drive the extra 10 minutes to go to a different location.
Nick working the drive thru always on his A game. Drinks have been more consistent; food is warm.
Great Customer service. Food was really really gewd. I stopped in at 6:30am. Manager was really welcoming. Might be a family owned franchise.
This Dunkin sets itself apart from the other locations in the area because of its workers. They have great personalities and the care they have for their customers really shows. They run their store efficiently and always do the job right, super impressed of the team there!
