Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Willow Grove

The woman who opens in the morning is miserable. I have been going here for years but recently stopped going because of her energy. Everyone eles is great esp the young guy who always remembers my order and always smiling. . Food is great.

The sign says this Dunkin closes at 8:00 pm on Thursday. But when I got here at 7:10 pm on that day, the doors were closed and blocked off. The staff refused to acknowledge us. Overall very unprofessional.

I love the people here..esp the guy taking orders from drive through in the morning. What a pleasant guy. And super organized and personable. He is fast like he works on Wall Street. Just a very well run machine at that location. I do think they may need another person for walk ins at times. I want to add that the manager K. Incredibly professional and smart.

I love matcha latte and I ordered consistently to Dunkin near my place. So far, they got 2 orders out of 10 orders made wrong to iced latte (coffee). I've asked (through app) for less ice and out of 5 times, only ONCE it was filled with less ice. Small size was 4 sips and was gone I starting to doubt they made it almond milk when I order through app as apparently "less ice" means ice to the rim.

it’s 6:05 PM they’re supposed to be up until 7 PM. The employees are inside. The doors doors are locked. It’s been happening a lot since Covid. Can be a real problem depending on how far away you live or what kind of store it is.

Slow service, orders made incorrectly often. The night staff does okay but the morning staff can't seem to ever get it right. 0 stars if i could. There was a heavyset mixed race employee who made my drink wrong and refused to fix it. Check my reviews I do often positively review places but this location simply couldn't meet even basic standards.

Just received one of the worst iced coffees I've ever had. Dark roast with trefoils girl scout flavor, light ice, cream and sugar was what I ordered. It was a lot of water, very little coffee, very little flavor, and a complete waste of money. I asked them to fix it and they did, but it was no better whatsoever the second time. I should have just asked for my money back, or asked to go behind the counter and make it myself. We go to a Dunkin several times a week, but we will never return to this location. I suggest finding a nearby store and go to that one instead. P.S. Here's a picture of the dark roast coffee...

Every dunkin I've ever been to has been chaotic. The coffee is good, but no one knows what is going on at any given point. Last time, they confused my order for someone else's and served people in line behind us before us.
