Visited at noon on 1/31 to pickup a mobile order. The young lady working the front was exceedingly pleasant. She was very quick and courteous. I would definitely try to steal her if I were a hiring manager.
I am a regular Dunkin donuts customer. I get coffee everyday morning and get donuts for my kids after my soccer game every Saturday morning. Today my kid has league game and it was our turn to provide refreshments. I bought 10 munchkins and requested a box so that it's easier for kids to pickup. He outright denied that he won't provide the box for 10 munchkins. He doesn't even pay for the box and inventory is provided by dunkin. He was rude and impolite in refusing my request even though I'm a regular customer there. I'm going stopping to this location due to this secure guy. He is a lean guy with a mustache.
Good coffee, mediocre at best, very small donuts. The donuts do not taste or look like they did years ago. They are definitely not worth the price charged. In coat saving measures they have ruined their product. Supermarket bakeries have better tasting donuts then Dunkin. Yum yum donuts are much tastier and substantial.
Really tired of this DD. Mess up regularly. At their location at 6:30 Sunday morning. They are open! I ask for a sandwich and they said they just opened and only have drinks and donuts. Then apparently your NOT open! What happened to employees coming in 1hr to 30min early to be ready for opening? This is every time I go here, not just this time either.

Consistently rude, consistently gets my order wrong. I only go to this one when I have no other choice and when I do I think there is no way they will get it wrong again, but they do. This is after being rushed through my order in the drive through.
On my way home and decided to hit the drive thru since they were opened until 9pm -- also sign was lit up as "open." Keep in mind it was 7pm. I sit at the drive thru for 5 mins and no one came over the speaker. So I then went to the window figured their speaker wasn't working. Observed a lady sitting on a stool who looked at me. I asked are you open? She proceeds to just keep staring at me, not saying a word....moral of the story never got to order anything because couldn't even get waited on. If I would've simply been acknowledged I wouldn't even have written this review. Don't go to this location!
Nothing was wrong. We ordered, washed up, and ate our food. Staff was attentive but not overly friendly. Tables had crumbs on them.
