I’ve gone here daily for quite some time every morning! The service in the morning is horrible. I can’t get coffee made right. Like I order a large dark roast 5&5. I get a large regular. I order a medium cold brew with cold foam. I get a coffee with cream and sugar. There can be no one there in the drive thru and it’ll take 15 minutes for a coffee. Service blows. And the food stinks. They don’t even spread cream cheese or give a serving on a bagel. A toasted bagel isn’t toasty. If you want to feel not welcome or have simple things effed up. Go here next to oriellys

Horrible customer service very slow long lines while the workers in the back talk amongst themselves while we patiently wait I even used the words "I don't mean to be rude but I have to get to work in a few minutes" i was in a rush what else am i suppose to say while trying to stay polite and the lady behind the counter this morning said she needs to attend the customer ahead of me...when I waited patiently for them to be done...they were done with the order already they proceeded to continue their conversation.. and she walked away from me and I wasn't able to order

They had me waiting for 20ish minutes even though I placed a mobile order ahead of time. They just stared at me until one lady came over and said "what are you waiting for" she then asked her coworker to get me my order and as I watched her pack my 50 count of munchkins she had attitude, rolled her eyes, and then wouldn't hand me the box. The 50 count if munchkins was not even 50 it was 39 that she gave me and my coffee was all wrong.

This particular outlet is very congested and probably dine in facility is not available there as they pay more attention to the drive thru orders. But taste wise, some of their donuts are really good.

Occasionally I go in for a coffee or tea. It's dunkin only with no seating inside whatsoever, and no public restrooms.

Everything mini bagels are the best food served. The coffee is a hit or miss, depending on the day & who's serving. Weekends are the worst.

This was my regular dunkin for years unfortunately I’ve now started going to Chaplin/North Windham. My favorite thing on the menu is expresso unfortunately everytime I order from this dunkin I’m always greeted with a little extra texture than I expect. No matter the shift/ who makes the drink there will always be coffee grains at the bottom of the expresso drinks. These are 5$ coffees. I’m honestly tiered of asking people to remake it just to have a smaller amount of coffee grains still at the bottom. I think it’s the machine Not the employees but it has been months with the same issue. I’m sad to say Ill have to get my daily coffee elsewhere from now on.

Employees are very rude. I once asked for a cold brew with extra oat milk, coffee was not with extra oat milk, had asked for more and the lady gave me a lot of attitude and handed me the fixed drink without saying anything and left. Another time, I asked nicely for my coffee not to be stirred with those spoons they use (because I know they are dirty), and I was also treated rudely. They didn’t even call out my drink or face the sticker towards me so I could confirm it was my drink. Overall terrible service.
