They asked me twice what I was waiting for in the window. Then proceeded to tell me they were out of the specialty donut, the salted caramel cold brew (two things I ordered) and my food was ice cold. It’s absolutely disgusting that the manager does not try to make her store better. Its not the teenagers fault, it is poor management. I spent $13 on food and drinks. Everything I ordered was either replaced or ice cold. It’s incredibly frustrating as a local to have to deal with somewhere who doesn’t care to make customers happy.
Every time I have the misfortune of going to this dunks, it's awful. Food is awful, got a wake up wrap with the paper still on the bacon. Service, terrible, why am I waiting 15 minutes for someone to take my order when I'm the only car in the drive thru? Don't worry though, I got to watch the employees smoke next to the front door instead of working.
Hope this is the Dunkin I think it is. My favorite Dunkin by a mile. Coffee always good and they have some unusual bakery offerings, I think they do market testing there.
They messed up my sandwich and coffee how is it to mess up and not put bacon and hot coffe cold and uhh the amount of vapes I see
They have dog toys at this location! Didn't know DD had dog toys! So cute!! I stop here on my way to work sometimes. They're usually really fast. They've gotten my coffee wrong a few times but fixed it every time. Nobody is perfect. The people I've dealt with have been nice and efficient 👍

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in one of the employees at this establishment. Yanna, I believe is their first name, treated me with abuse multiple times at this location. The worst of it was when she handed me my coffee rather aggressively, which ended up spilling all over the counter and onto my pants. I politely asked if she could fill the coffee back up to compensate for the spilled portion. Instead of giving me my moneys worth of coffee Yanna shoved the coffee towards me, told me to “deal with it” and that this inconvenience was my fault. Do not come here if you expect to be treated with respect!
Placed a huge mobile order for my daughter’s cheerleading team at this location. I felt so bad doing it..almost $70 worth of drinks and food (yes I’m the worst kind of customer, I know haha) But the girls making everything were so sweet about it, got it together so quick and everything was exactly right!
