I've been here twice now and won't go back. First time they give me my order for a bagel with cream cheese with a FORK to spread the cream cheese (seriously, who does that?) The second time I sat around as they kept messing up my simple single drink order. I finally asked them to just refund me only to be told there was no manager present so they can't refund me the money. Absolutely horrible food, service, and atmosphere at this location. Don't go unless you want to do deal with a headache.

I ordered a dozen donuts at 730 and was told the order was taking a while. At 9 the order was canceled saying they never got it, it had been confirmed. Meanwhile I have a house of hungry kids from a sleepover waiting on donuts that are now disappointed. Terrible service. First time ordering from this location and never will again. Sad since we live not far down the road. Would have been convenient.

Employees here were SO nice to my wife and daughter. My daughter usually gets coffee from another coffee place near my home, but we are traveling. She told them what she usually gets, and Dunkin doesnt have anything quite like it. They built her coffee just like they other place, it was much bigger and then gave her an unbeatable deal on it. Y'all deserve a full size building of your own, and a huge thank you!

They were out of eggs, and then they were out of croissants when I tried to order. I swear they are out of something everything I come here. I have come only TWICE after church because of the horrible service. It’s a shame too because if the staff just had a nicer attitude and a smile and GOOD customer service; it might make up for their lack of ingredients that is put on them by corporate. Overall, don’t recommend. I will avoid this place at all costs.

I have been a long term regular customer at this location. After hearing about the latest shift in management away from Jesse Kelley and Alayna Worrell I will no longer be supporting this franchise because of the countless hours of hard work I have seen that young man and his management team do in order to further the success of this location. I go out of my way past several other coffee shops in order to give my business to this specific store because of the effort I have seen in this team. Whoever these franchise owners are have made a grave mistake by not valuing this team and supporting them because I know of at least 3-4 other regular (5-7 day a week customers) who will no longer return to this location without those two being there.

I had a very mediocre (and maybe not so great) experience here. What seemed like a manager and shift leader were having a meeting when I arrived, and I had to be waited on by another employee. The theme of my visit was "manager and other employee have meeting at the detriment of the store and customers". My two coffees took an excessive amount of time to be made (maybe 10 minutes) when I was first in line inside. Also, I ordered half-cafs and confirmed these were available. I received regular cafs. The wait was long enough that I decided to take 'em and leave.

Ordered on the app for pickup at the drive-thru. Everything bagel with butter and a large coffee with unsweetened vanilla, three stevia, and four cream. I pulled up to the order microphone/speaker box stated my name for an app order, I was politely asked to pull to the window. Seconds later the server said they were out of butter I said no problem. You can see what an everything bagel and a coffee with cream looks like in my pictures... cheese, egg, and sausage - no creamer. Better luck next time.

Stop there along the highway and with no choice of my own because I was starving, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. It wasn't very good, sorry to say. Everything is pre-made and then stored and heated up with a microwave. They even had to remake the coffee because it was terrible. The server forgot part of our order and when the manager found out she asked the server to complete the order and the server looked at the manager and said no I'm not going to do it, you do it. The manager must have had a serious talk with her because she then came out about 10 minutes later and apologized to my wife. What a cluster f on my way to a wedding venue. Just not used to this type of food or service. Never again
