Woman taking the order was not happy working is my guess. Not a good morning or here is your order or have a good day, not even a smile. I had to assume what she dropped off on the counter was my order. The customer in front of me was picking up an order and worker just gave her a look to kill and pointed to the pick up counter and said nothing. I don’t think I’ll be going there again.
I like everything here!! It was my go to before work. I liked their impossible croissant the most but they don’t sell that anymore…so bring that back please 🙏🏻
Actually,,,, just kinda sucks,,,. No better than any other Dunkin ,. It's??!!!!. Not sure but ,,, not. worth the time And no drive thru
Ordered through doordash and this is the result. Extremely disappointed. Hardly any espresso and coming from a former Dunkin’ employee I know that this isn’t acceptable.
Had to wait 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich (it was to go) so I sat down, drank my coffee, and waited ... and waited ... and waited. When the sandwich was finally ready I requested a coffee refill and was talked to like I was a crazy person for even asking. I used to go there 6x a week. Thanks, but I'll just go down the street from now on.
The staff is always friendly and polite. Iced coffee is delicious. I stop in almost every day. My favorite DO store.
I’ve been here three times. I don’t like to give negative reviews but this place warrants one. I’ve had the same girl serve me each time. She was short staffed and asked for a couple of minutes for a bathroom break upon my arrival to order. I get it. No problem here. I happily waited. She’s in a tough spot. Not upset. She finished and came out of the bathroom quicker than expected. I heard a flush and immediately the door opened. She went over to the sink and I had a sigh of relief thinking she was going to prepare my order with unwashed hands. Then she did the “quickly rinse.” It was downhill from there. She was rude the first two times but I have come to understand that it’s her personality. However, this third time was over the line. She served me a coffee that didn’t taste right. It was sour like the milk was bad or something. I almost didn’t go back to exchange it because I am not that type of person. But I’m not going to risk getting sick. I went in to switch the coffee. I waited in line. There were two people ahead. She shouted at me across the other customers asking why I was back. I told her the issue and she argued with me. I asked for another coffee and she went to get the milk and held it up saying that she added the milk. There was a miscommunication somehow, now sure why. Again, I just wanted a different coffee. She started to make it but said she did it right the first time. Whatever. I shouldn’t get grief for returning a coffee with expired milk. She was beyond rude and unprofessional about it. I won’t be back. If you enjoy sanitary conditions and quality coffee, then look elsewhere.
They made me waste my points.. for a free drink. I tried to ask if I could get a iced macchiato with the coffee point if not I save them.. well they wouldn’t tell me anything til I redeemed and oh it didn’t work.. not happy. Won’t be coming here again there’s better Dunkin’s down the block
