Daniel is awesome at what he does, don’t usually go out for coffee much, so I was unsure of what I wanted and asked for a good pumpkin spice drink. He killed it it was so good and he was so nice. Service is great!

Drive up service is most important. Don't bother walking in! Everyone will ignore you. Frozen drinks are never consistent in taste anymore either.. :(

2022- We tried this one again 9 months later because all the other 4 Dunkin's in the area had long drive thru lines, there was no cars or line at this drive thru, well it's because they still are bad at customer service and no one wants to go here. Messed up the refresher. Gave us one bagel when we ordered two, noticed when they handed us the bag so we said something. When we got home, they gave us no cream cheese when we ordered two plain. 2021-Everytime we've come here it's always a mess up on the coffee order, sandwiches are not made right, and the service is horrible. We don't go in anymore because you'll end up waiting forever for one of the 6 employees working behind the counter to come over, and when someone finally responded to you being their, they aren't nice, then your order takes forever and it ends up being wrong. And when the first voice you hear in the drive thru isn't pleasant , makes you wonder how good your order is going to come out. Well 100% of the time what you paid for will end up looking or tasting like how the employee acts. Today the drive thru man was rude, and our sandwiches made by a younger guy came out with two tops in one bag and two bottoms in the other bag. I've worked at this location and a few others as a manager before and I know how the stores operate. Plus we were the only customers (drive thru & in-store) to be at this location at the moment. How do you mess up putting two sandwiches together. We don't order coffee from this location anymore. And looks like we can't order sandwiches or bagels anymore too. Good thing there are Dunkin's every mile down the road in any direction, but I'd rather drive miles in another town to buy food cuz 3A Dunks just have fallen off. This one was just the closest to us.

Treated my freight crew on Thursday@4:30 am to Dunkin' donuts at this location. The food wasn't even cooked properly and the order was completely missed ordered. I'll never patronize this location ever again.

Idk what they do different here but 10/10 coffee every time, hands down best dunkin coffee

I am getting so tired of paying extra for this and that ,I get a medium iced coffee black no sugar just mocha if I want extra mocha I have to pay never mind the local tax, the town tax and my favorite the meal tax on a freaking cup of coffee by the time I get thru. There goes my seinor discount which changes from .15 cents to 30 cents go figure, then when I asked one of the girls that work there what is with raising all the prices to pay for your new computer system she says yeah!!! I have been an every day customer for years since I travel, I now have bought my own Mocha and make my own when I can I am not happy with the latest money grab

Holy rude! I ordered then drove up to the window, long haired guy.. no greeting, nothin at all, didn’t say one word until I said, umm is there another donut coming? He looked very annoyed rolled his eyes and said “for you no” I said can you check? He then got the donut that was missing from my 15 dollar order. Total lack of customer service, here’s some advice dude, get a job where you won’t have to work with people, you’re not good at it

This has got to be the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to, every time I go there my coffee is wrong and taste awful, I mean how can you screw up a large ice coffee with extra cream and extra sugar. Their coffee is always burnt tasting and is never extra cream or extra sugar. Guess I'm going to have to start going out of my way to a different dunks before work, since this place can never get it right. Their employees always look so miserable. This used to be my favorite dunks. I loved the employees, the coffee was always great. I don't know what has happened these past few months, but a huge turnover and everyone is always miserable, and the coffee is always nasty, I wouldn't even give any stars if it would allow that.
