Early morning staff is the best! They’re always super friendly and accommodating. Love them! P.S. They should all definitely get raises 😅
They never mess up my order, but I don't recommend ordering online pickup thru drive thru, def do in store, the drive thru lines last 10 minutes everyday if not longer, spent 4.20 on a small coffee with cold foam and it was barely filled with coffee & cold foam was gone by the time i made it to the window, & if you get food its usually cold, the hash browns are 99% of the time rock hard
It's a dunkin. They tend to get my order right (even when its not a confusing mess of a thing and pretty basic) but every New Englander knows you have 'your' dunkin that gets your order correct. When the drive thru line is super long, think going inside will make it faster...it will not.

This store has gone down hill for awhile now. For some reason only one employee in that whole building can make a coffee correctly even after having to bring it back twice. And not to mention now that you have to show a receipt to get an exchange they've stopped asking people if they want one and just send you on your way. The night crew is a nightmare unless Sam is on. She seems to be one of the only people who actually cares about there job and doing things the right way. I get getting upset over a coffee is kind of ridiculous but when I'm now paying 5.50 for it I would like it to be right. This company really needs to get better training and making sure people are actually following procedures especially when they are charging people for them. Dunkin is my go to but with the way things have been going I may have to switch coffee places and honestly I'd rather not but I'd just like to get what I actually order and not have to go back twice while on my way to work.
Never going here again. They always get my order wrong. The workers are rude in the afternoon. Don't waste your time going here go to a different location.
Muffins were over baked. Never got a muffin I paid for.Called corporate and never received a call back like they promised. Poor service. Probably run by democrat's !
Great coffee and donuts. Very clean location. Super friendly service. Looking forward to my next visit.
