Food was great so was the drinks but to pay $49.14 to then get accused of trying to steal food was just ridiculous. My husband kids and I will never return after the terrible experience. Manager was very unprofessional and so was the employee at drive thru. I work in drive thru and I don't provide such disgusting service. 👎👎👎👎👎 Edit: my first experience is my last. YOU as a boss are what you hire in your business. I will not be returning for a late apology.

Always a bad experience at this location. They have the longest wait time no matter which day and what time. They got my order wrong. When i pointed it out, they asked me what my order was. Thought they got it right the second time but they missed 2 items in my order. Asked them again and they gave me another bag. This time they left out one of the items again. The attitude was really bad. No apology for messing up 3 times on the same order. I will drive far if need but never at this location again. I tried their Sourdough sandwich and it was nothing like the pics. Just 2 slices of bread with egg thrown in, no toasting or anything.

Surprised of how the inside looks first time walking in. There's two machines where you can put your order in. Really nice here and the staff is attentive.

The worse dd I ever went to ….. I had to whait on line almost 30 min on drive truh and when I got finally was about to order this guy told me to go and order by the window ……. Never again get some people who really wants to work because these people who are working are slow slow slow …… if I had a way to leave the drive truh I would 😡😡😡😡

Love this Dunkin! I always do a mobile order, and every time they have the order prepped, waiting to add ice and cold foam until I get there. That little detail is enough to bring me back.

Used to be a great place, good coffee and fast service, but last two months something happed, maybe a management change and now it has the worse service possible, very slow and unprofessional service, drive thru lines moving slowly, they give you wrong orders and if you call to complain they hang up in your face, plus the coffee is not with the same taste every day, no quality , I feel sorry because it use to be a good place, not anymore, and workers coming late to work make you sometimes lose your trip to there

I normally use the drive thru and it's great. The staff are professional and try to get everyone through the line as quickly as possible. Never have I had a bad experience and I like seeing Angel and all the others giving me my order. It's a great way to start the day. Excellent job. Thank you. Sir John 😄

Horrible service. The lady in the morning (I guess she’s the manager) is extremely rude. Order was prepared wrong and she continuously argued with me that it was correct. I never knew food was supposed to be served frozen. Obviously it was corrected but with a huge attitude. I’ve seen others have had bad experiences here with her, so I am not surprised. Never again. One tip: When speaking behind other customers back, do it on your own time. It’s unprofessional.
