We have had good service and food from this location but that day,not so much. There was a little bit of a wait, but not bad. My partner ordered midnight black coffee, bacon, egg, cheese croissant and a chocolate donut. I ordered a small unsweetened iced tea and bacon, egg and cheese without the bread because I am gluten free. The iced tea was good, sometimes it's a hit or miss. I observed the woman making the food and watched her push the trash down with her gloves on and then continue making the food.Gross! I said excuse me, could you please change your gloves when you make our sandwiches. So she changed her gloves. When I got my order I checked it, and it was one egg, they usually give me two because of no bread. The cheese wasn't melted, so I asked if she could melt it and give me another egg. She said I didn't order it that way so she couldn't do it. Her manager informed her that, that was the way they made them with 2 eggs. She was rude and not very nice about it at all.

We were on our way home and stopped in to grab a coffee. The place was clean , staff was nice and helpful. Drinks were good. If you're lactose intolerant, they have other options, I only wish they had lactose free milk... they have oat, almond, and coconut milk. They also have a good selection of sugar-free flavors for your coffee. I gave up my Starbucks for Dunkin while on vacation (I never thought I'd cheat on Starbucks, lol). So, from now on, whenever I'm in the States, I will have my coffee at Dunkin.

We just ordered a small hot coffee and it was cold as ice, we go around the drive through once again to ask them to get us a hot one and again…ITS NOT HOT. We go again but this time they ignore us, as they see us knocking at the door and refuse to attend to us. Horrible experience!

As for Dunkin, they were pretty good. Took a minute to get our order right, but they were polite and didn't get flustered

Donuts were great. Coffee could be a little better. Probably just old coffee makers. Definitely a regular stop

Service at the Miracle Mile Dunks is quick. They rally through long lines.

Nothing makes you look stupid when it shows 4am-8pm for their hours and then try to open the door when it's locked to show it's 5am-8pm.. update your online service so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Best Dunkin' in the region. They take the time to make sure the snackin' bacon is cooked perfectly which is important to me. I always tip because they do such an outstanding job with everything! I'll drive out of my way to go here, right past other Dunkin's!
