The employees/ "manager" that work in the afternoon are extremely rude and unprofessional. They say "What do you want!?" instead of "What can I get for you?". No please and thank you, no sorry for a long wait. They act like you are inconveniencing them by going there. Will not be back ever again. No to mention at least one time charging you way wrong for an order. The morning crew is okay but the afternoon/night is simply terrible.

I usually visit this dunkin multiple times a week but recently the service has been terrible. On my last visit I was told by a snarky employee they don’t melt sugar which is out of pure laziness quite honestly and was enough for me to not return as a customer. We prefer the dunkin attached to shell on 106.

I used to like this store. Came 7 times a week here. I’ve been understanding but the last 3-4 visits got rougher and rougher. The rudeness coming out of an older gentlemen who works there and a young girl with a leopard looking cap. Not only does it take like forever but just the attitudes I’m sorry but me and my husband would rather go to another one than feel guilty for ordering a coffee

I have yet to receive any payment from those weeks. I have been in contact with everyone that I am supposed to be. No one is answering. I have called left messages and not a single word. It’s been over a month of me trying to get a check that I didn’t receive for three weeks.I worked for three weeks with zero payments meanwhile I’ve been up early working for a company that is refusing to give you your any compensation. ( is a form of slavery ) I have tried everything for a month on my end. I have receipt of complaint after complaint about this. (Emails, text & calls all ignored with no response) I have contacted everyone I am supposed to contact. if this is how DD does business it’s a shame

Waited 15 minutes for food but it tasted good.

Service was quick, and I got everything I ordered.

The employees here are very friendly and the coffee and food are of excellent quality. The only negative is that the drive thru time needs to improve. It is incredibly consistently slow even if I'm not in a hurry to get to work. I usually order on the go so that my order is ready when I arrive, but always seem to have 5 or more cars ahead of me even in the mid afternoon. Would be nice if they could add curbside delivery for on the go orders to avoid the wait in the drive thru line.

Last few times I've been there it's pretty much just warm water and milk. The coffee has gotten so watered down that's flavorless. I really don't like strong coffee but there's really not much in a cup. I understand cutting corners to save money, but brew a normal pot of coffee.
