User Reviews

This Dunkins is the worst of the worst. Haven't had donuts on display in weeks. Keep saying racks have to be cleaned. Most employees stand around on cell phones while one or two do the work. Constantly out of items and hours change by the day. This is the worst managed business I have ever witnessed and I travel constantly. Sad actually.

Food order was freezing cold in the middle. I went up and asked them to microwave it for 20 seconds and they said they only had an oven and there were other orders. My family members waited 30 min for their food because the guy at the register did not put in their order in the back. It was pretty much a cluster. Probably just a bad day but it just seemed quite disorganized.

Nice stop on route 6 especially if you need a cool drink and to use the restroom. Ladies restroom had one stall and no toilet paper. Relatively clean, had to go down a few hallways to get there.

Very nice and efficient. It was busy but the staffed handled it well. Dunkin food as normal as every other location.

The walk-up window is a nice feature, I had two great coffees and a nice breakfast sandwich here!

I don't know what I received but it wasn't what I asked for. The cashier is struggling apparently at the front and the people watching her struggle aren't doing anything about it. So really be careful and know that you probably aren't going to get what you want

Anachan, the lady who took our order, gave us a small instead of a medium refresher. We got charged for a small so at least we weren’t overcharged but i would expect at least an accurate order

4 minute wait time in line with 9 people ahead of me, 2 order-takers. 1 minute and 48 seconds to fix my macchiato that was bitter. I think a trainee was making it; most of the staff seems very confident in their roles, shift-to-assist, etc. HUGE place. Very comfortable to sit/use Wi-Fi. Even a Baskin Robins booth set up outside and a walk-up "drive-thru" window! Great stuff!
