Erik the Manager and Vaida, we’re extremely nice and super helpful, I messed up my order and Erik was extremely kind and was willing to help right away! Some of the best staff I have seen in a while

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Very terrible customer service!!! 08/05/23 stopped and got an iced coffee and they didn’t put what I wanted in it , so I went back and asked for them to fix it, the girl then out of spite , made it so sweet, that I couldn’t drink it, and she had An attitude and rolled her eyes at me because she actually had to work and fix something!!!! She shouldn’t be allowed to work there treating people like that!!!! I will never stop there again!!!!! And I even called to talk to a manager which sounded like a little girl! So I know they lied and wouldn’t even get me a manager!!!!!

This place is always hit and miss…today was a HUGE miss! Really??? $2.79 for this??? Never again. Garbage.

I do enjoy Dunkin coffee. My only complaint is with corporate. If you use their app be careful. Alot of times it does not apply the coupon when the employee scans the code on your phone and you pay full price

I have been a dunkin customer for the last 4 to 5 years never had a problem until the last 4 times I have gone there. But this visit was the worst. I ordered a large iced latte Carmel I get it every time and I got a Hot Carmel I didn't go in I asked my daughter to go and get it to where I ordered it online like always. And when I do order it it comes out differently everytime. Well anyways this is what I got I got a hot one that was half filled. I PAID almost 8 dollars for it to where my right order only would be 6 dollars. Very disappointing to get this. Makes me want to not order or go there anymore. Tried to post a pic with this but it wouldn't let me

I go to the Weirton Dunkin almost every single day & if I’m at work and can’t go in I DoorDash/ this morning I go in to get my coffee and my hash brown / my breakfast croissant no egg only bacon and cheese- we’ll I get my food and my sandwich had egg and my bacon was rubber and wett looking 🤢 I go up to the red hair guy with bald redheaded guy with no teeth -be hind the coffee bar we’re they make ur coffee / he was horrible rude - I said “ hey can u see if they can heat the bacon up it’s like rubber and it’s wet looking- he looked at me .I opened my sandwich he had an attitude and turned from me “ and he said I’ll tell her but I can’t do anything- I said okay/ I waited he looked at me rolled his eyes / I turned around tossed my sandwich in the trash can / and my snackin bacon in the trash can / walked out - so I will never go back there “I will learn to love Starbucks

The Dunkin Donuts store in Calcutta Ohio is so terrible! The service is bad the donuts are terrible and they don't get the order right a lot of times...
